Very nice amenities and the location was great.

Chose this hotel due to location

A number of minor issues, too many to list individually. I noticed a discarded wrapper under the cabinet and left it during our three day stay to see if it was spotted and removed - it wasn't! Free WiFi was very slow and at times would not pass data.

Good location in the city, clean and comfortable with everything you'd need. Bartender looked after us well and the check in and out was fine.

Nothing bad to say, it was expensive but so is everywhere.

Room was clean, and the attentions given by IHG to keeping the room clean were noteworthy.

I had no dislikes.

It was a lovely room and very modern.

The heating system was very loud and cranky when turning on and off.

Shower was difficult to work out, and room cleaning for our room was only at 5.30pm which was too late

My reservation for an upper floor 19 to 25 was ignored I ask that my room would remain the same on August 14 as The American Queen Voyages, the Hotel Manager said it would, but that too was ignored. The right hand doesn’t seem to know what the left hand is doing. But all your staff are very polite.

Located right in the center and we were able to conveniently walk to aquarium, cm tower, and railroad museum. Restaurant within hotel had amazing food and service.
