I canceled my second night due to the cleanliness and the need for for room. I when I checked out I was told I would be refunded for the second night. Then they canceled the refund. Do not use them. Very shady.

Used to stay here all the time….after this stay I will never stay there again. the new management and staff are extremely unprofessional and the place is two thumbs down disgusting.

The fact that the staff and manager have vial attitudes toward customers and the fact that they rented my entire group trash littered rooms that were not cleaned when the last customers checked out and upon requesting my funds back got the run around and the manager actually stated well if I were in your shoes I would not have brought my people here. Like wow what a way to cut your own self down

Right beside freeway

Holes under the door, pubic hair in bathtub, toothpaste on sink faucet, maid pounding on the door at 8:45 asking us if we are spending another night.

It was okay. It had coffee, different flavors of cream, chicken and biscuit, toaster cinnamon toast, bagels, fruit, and different snacks.

The front desk lady was amazing. Everything was nice

The room. Toilet didn't work . Complained nothing was fixed . The hanger area was coming off the wall. The bathroom door was warped so didn't fully close. The main door was rusted out so it didn't seal properly. It was saint Patti day weekend so we had no choice

Room was dirty, One bed was messy and the heat was turned up. Spoke to the front desk and they said they had given the room to someone else but they didn't accept it. They said there were no more rooms. When I was leaving the lobby they said there was another room but when I checked it the room had never been cleaned. We went back to the original room and a credit of some type was to be provided. Was a very disappointing stay at the Ramada Inn
