Nice location Friendly staff

Thin walls? We could hear every single conversation ppl who were walking on the hallway and also ppl getting ice from the ice machine. We barely slept in that stay. Half cup of water was in the one of glasses. I couldn't use any of the glasses cuz I wasn't sure if the other one is clean or not. The drying rack was dusty.

Pool closed. Same thing occurred in August. Bathroom was a mess. Tub drain missing. Asked to get it fixed first night. Maintenance person came but stopper didn’t fit. Said he would be back. Next day,after his no show, asked again around 2:30 PM. No show. Seam along tub were cracked. Water could get in = possibly of black mold. At check out my wife talked ,again, to check out clerk. Was given 3 Dennes cards total value $15.00. I was in Kelowna for a surgical process. All of the above made for a hard stay

Dirty and old

My only complaint was the pool facility has no shower to rinse off before or after and no toilet facilities. Kinda gross when think about it .

Keys didn’t work and I was super far from front desk so arriving at 2:30am to finally get to your hotel room and then have to walk all the way back to get them fixed is frustrating. The pictures also made the hotel look much nicer and the rooms look bigger.

Great location, staff was helpful and friendly. Free coffee in the main entrance. Also liked having a fridge, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker in the room.

Our room was facing the pool, which was unbelievably loud. Because the room faced the pool, our room was very dark. Also, there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom.
