left after first hour had moldy fridge dirty curtains and bathtub bath mat was moldy dirty broken used so discussed of this hotel and to top it up I found bug walking on a bath towel very big health issues with 2 babies it’s very risky to saty intiha place

Nice staff, very convenient, nice room

The room above took a shower at 4 a m - it was so noisy it woke me up with a start, and their creaky floor also kept me awake. I’m not a light sleeper either. Kinda like Motel 6 in this regard

Comfortable room, split level so ideal for a family.

Dated and tired decor. Washbasin located outside bathroom in communal area of the room. Very noisy bathroom fan. Location ok but need a car to get around as far from waterfront area

Nothing worth mentioning. It was okay to stay for the night.

It was dated, and the status to lift were noisy. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was making a noise like a jet engine. The sink was clogged with very slow drainage.

Great location, mickys pub and smittys were good, Beds were comfy, great water pressure, lots of parking, check in and out was quick, and pool were a plus

old building. There's lots of wear and tear on the building (weather stripping/walls/bathrooms). We were on the 1st floor and we could hear every footstep the room above us made which sucked as they would walk around until 1130pm.

The location is great. Easy to get anywhere.

My room had two beds. One of the beds looked like the sheets hadn't been changed. We arrived too late (11pm) and it was my daughter’s bed, so I just tried to clean the little hairs because I needed to sleep. The hotel gave 30 cad comp discount.

Friendly, helpful staff - although I found it hard to explain what I wanted as the cleaners and I did not understand each other's language. Airy, well-proportioned room.

Vey lumpy and uncomfortable bed. The fridge did not hum, but rattled and made strange noises all night long.

We loved how central it was and the staff were very friendly. The regular beds were quite comfortable. Even though the ac was on the louder side, it really kept the room comfortable which was great.

I didn’t like that our kids couldn’t swim properly in the pool that we paid for as they had swimming lessons in session. The lessons were happening all over the pool and my kids couldn’t enjoy their time. The pool is small and obviously not able to allow the guests to have priority. They were getting a lot of off putting looks from the swim instructors and the students parents. They were so uncomfortable swimming, we left. We didn’t like how squeaky the pull out couch was. We were woken up multiple times throughout the night when our son was moving in his sleep. The sink meant for the washroom, was outside of the bathroom, which was weird, but not the end of the world. Hygienically speaking; it would be better inside of the washroom. For the rooms that have a lot, which we had, the railing was loose and definitely needs to be addressed for safety and liability reasons.
