A hot tub would be nice, and a method of turning off the room fan mounted in the wall.

Comfy bed and large room. Liked the room view.

The TV was small, the screen was narrow and long, the color was off.

The beds and linen were comfortable, and breakfast was good. It was quiet had a good night's sleep. Morning staff was helpful when I had forgotten a couple of things in room after handing in key cards.

Really didn't like room door locks had to try several time to get it to open.. Front desk seemed a little stressed when checking in.. Breakfast attendants seemed to have some difficulties keeping breakfast items stocked.m

Excellent location. We dealt with many staff while we were there, all were approachable, friendly and efficient. This hotel was everything I was hoping for: room was spacious, had both of my requirements, a fridge and a microwave, the bed was super comfy, best sleep I’ve had in ages. Liked having the Keurig, too. The room I booked also had a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub, which were exactly what I wanted. Hotel amenities were great. Breakfast in the breakfast room was super appreciated by all of our family. Varied options of eggs or omelettes, bacon, sausage, pancakes, cinnamon buns, or muffins or waffles, oatmeal or dry cereal. I can’t say enough about what a huge difference this made for our stay, saving us from having to take time out of our day to stop somewhere for breakfast. Also so appreciated the gym and having a pool although the pool is quite small.

Our room was a little cold despite the fact that the overnight temps outside weren’t cold at all. My husband actually complained he was cold while trying to sleep and he’s never cold. I had the thermostat set as high as it would go, 25.5 but I think I figured out the issue was the fan was constantly blowing cold air into the room, even when set to 25.5, and the directional fins on the fan are not adjustable so you cannot direct the air away from blowing towards you while you sleep. I was able to set it so the fan didn’t run (for the most part) and that made a huge difference. I did approach housekeeping staff and ask for an extra blanket which they did accommodate promptly. This was literally my only complaint about our room. everything else was perfect. As far as the property, it’s nice to have a pool but the pool is very small. Even having 10 people in the pool is too crowded to do anything but just stay in place, and the deep end is 4.5 feet which I didn’t mind so much but the pool is literally only long enough to do 2 overhand strokes before you’re touching the other side of the pool.

Breakfast was great. Staff was attentive very observant in restocking and replacing items.

Lighting in the room was not adequate

breakfast was great reminded me of pre 2020 breakfast days. It was nice not to be given a paper bag breakfast.

Did not realize it was a pet friendly hotel as well (husband book hotel). There were no issues. Just initial surprise not something I had noticed at other locations. But we can tell friends with pets about your hotel.

Large, pleasant and clean rooms. Nice facility in a good location.

Pool was good for kids, but was very hot inside. Bathroom was nice.

Continental breakfast was okay, would have liked more fresh fruit. Sort of out of the way location, not much around. No microwave in room, which was annoying since we brought food to heat up and eat.

the room was in terrible condition . the carpets stank and the couch had man foot sweat from someone else. way overpriced for the location. pool small

the breakfast was a little sparse but nicely presented and with good clean space to eat. The coffee was actually quite good!

Staff were all very friendly and the breakfast had lots of variety and was a big added plus.
