The breakfast was really good

The carpet in the room-terrible; shouldn't've even have carpets in the rooms, and the beds were not comfortable.

The room and bathroom were nice and clean.

My wife felt quite cold upon arriving to the room and there was no way to control the temperature. It took a long while for her to get comfortable and we were truly surprised we could not turn any heating on, turn the AC off, etc.

Breakfast was great and the added bonus of fresh fruit available for travel was excellent! The room was clean but like most hotel rooms the insulation from the noise level in the corridors was not good. Kept my partner up most of the night as guests came in and out.

Get a better WiFi system. I never managed to get access to it. Too much trouble to have to call front desk for help. This is an easy process anywhere else I've been.

close to hospital we were here as my brother in law was terminal in the hospital and was doing maid so we needed to be close to the hospital.

we asked for an accessible room and since we booked through booking.com we were unable to get a room like this. however we received an email back that our request would be granted. it was a long walk to our room and I was unable to use the shower due to accessing

zero hot water, totally cold, couldn’t take a shower. very disappointing

Walking proximity to shops and restaurants. The breakfast crew were very friendly and accommodating

The friendly staff, the great breakfast!!! best free breakfast hands down. fresh food, ample supply of everything right to the last minute they make sure you get the same as the guest who ate at 6 am. very well done!! high marks for the kitchen staff!!!

the pool deck is in need of repair could be better stocked and the soap in the shower wasn’t stocked. but water clean no bleachy smell.

Nice place friendly people

Rented a king room with whirlpool to celebrate my wedding anniversary. From the time we got there until past 10 pm kids running and screaming in hall slamming doors!!! Rooms not very sound proof!!! Blackout curtains that are not functional.

Check in, check out process was very efficient & streamlined - couldn't have been better. Staff were available, friendly & supportive. Facilities very comfortable, Breakfast well above average.

Difficult to identify the entrance from the highway - awkward. Pool was closed for maintenance - this was the only disappointment.
