The location is very central and quiet. The room was exactly what I expected from a motel. The main dresser unit was perfect to use as a standing desk. The couch was a good length for lounging and reading.

Two of the drawers in the suite would not stay closed. I needed to find some creative solutions to tie them shut lest I risk running into them in the middle of the night. I'm also not a fan of memory foam. Again, that's a personal preference and not necessarily a negative for someone else.

I received a free can of pop and so did my sister who was with me.

i found an unmentionable in the bathroom garbage.

The customer service was amazing! The guy at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. He even provided us with some pop for the night and a to-go breakfast. The motel quality was exceptional. We got a king size bed which was very comfy and clean for $100. The room had great amenities too such as updated coffee machine, tv, fridge, and microwave. The bathroom was a bit dated but the shower had great pressure and toiletries were provided. We felt safe having a private area to park our car. The location was very convenient for our road-trip as it’s located in the heart of North Bay. Checking in and out was a breeze

The neighbour's were a bit noisy but quieted down once it was quiet hours so it wasn’t much of an issue.

Loud neighbouring guests, bad part of town, approached by people asking for money and cigarettes in parking lot, felt unsafe, didn't feel comfortable parking my car there. THE SHOWER DIDN'T WORK.

The room is comfortable.

The towels were dirty or stained, probably the hotel washes them but it is necessary to change them for new ones or verify that they are clean for hygiene.

the light switches were difficult to find, the room had a dark and dingy atmosphere; the main room lighting required 6 light switches turned on to properly light the room. the end table and dresser drawers tended to open on there own so i needed to watch that i didnt stumble into them After a shower i found dirty spots on the bath towel

When I checked in staff were very welcoming. everything was organised and quick. And even gave 2 complmentery pops when I arrived and when I left.

Lol that I had to leave.staff were so friendly and welcoming. My room was very comfortable.

No Garbage and furniture in front of window in our room. Dog droppings in the pkg lot. Room had a very bad musty stench. I could go on but I wont.

Friendly check in, Dutch clean room and a very comfortable bed! Great value too.
