Tout ! Chambre sale, mobilier sérieusement abimé, 1seule chaise et un pauvre canapé sales, sol sale, rideaux déchirés, il a fallu faire changer les serviettes qui étaient sales et faire installer des cintres sur la tringle du placard sans porte ! Bref cet hôtel est à fuir. Les photos sur le site ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The linen and towels were clean and it was easy to get onto the highway from here.

I don't like to give negative reviews but there were too many things to overlook, and I don't know if this was representative of the other rooms. Unfortunately the floors hadn't been cleaned, there were stains and some small items of garbage on the floor in the living area, and there were stains all over the furniture. The remote control for the TV was missing, coffee facilities hadn't been topped up and there was a hole in the bedroom wall and the covering board was loose. There were also holes in the headboard where the bedside lights should have been. I'm not sure if the room was under repair with bare wooden struts/panels in the bathroom and kitchen. I wasn't able to find anyone to report these issues to when I was checking out.

The receptionist accused us of trashing a room during a previous stay which we 100% didnt! ! At first refused us a room but then agreed to rent us one but only if we payed a $600 deposit ! Double the cost of our stay! We will never stay here again
