Under renovation, front desk services are very poor. Mamager is not very friendly at all. Customer service skills were really lacking.

Proximity to the tournament my son was playing in. That's really it.

First, the front desk attendant was rude when we arrived. The gate to get in would not work so I had to get out of the car and push the help button each time I came in, The room was small and smelled "wet". I had to wipe everything down and buy air fresher. Paper thin walls. We could hear all conversations, alarms, tv etc The tv color looked like something from the early 2000s The hotel looked like a prison complex. The cooked portion of the breakfast was inedible.

It was affordable

Hotel made us pay 1st night up front instead of paying upon arrival. Pullout sofa had no sheets and when my wife asked about them, they told her that she could go look through the laundry room. Breakfast bar was pretty crappy. Coffee and juice machine didn't work. They were rude to other customers, one had a cane and didn't walk up the steps and they had no elevator. She asked for a dust floor and the hotel refused to accommodate.

There wasn’t anything I liked about the location. The parking lot was gated. If my car has to be in a locked area then I must be in the wrong part of town.

The complimentary breakfast area was under construction so there was only grab bags, which wasn’t what the amenities stated. I didn’t like the gated area, but if they have problems with car theft I am glad for the gate. I was looking for a “hotel”, not a motel. I would have never stayed there if I we’re traveling alone.

I don't understand why this motel is so underrated. Have stayed numerous times. Always spotlessly clean with several decorative tou he's. Best heating & plumbing & breakfast of any motel that have booked trough booking.com- Staff friendly & competant!

Staff was very nice and apologetic about their phone problems. Allowed me to use her personal phone because of their equipment failure and my own cell phone not working. Next morning the clerk, Mia, accommodated our request to reserve for two additional nights at a very good rate if our emergency situation continued and we could cancel without penalty at the last minute. Love having the microwave, fridge, and coffee pot in room.

Breakfast was lacking in variety of fresh fruit. Only apples. No meat protein. A cream gravy tasting like sausage but had no sausage in it. and there was no bacon or ham choice. No non dairy milk substitute like almond, soy, or oat milk. Could not receive incoming calls due to broken phones in reception and staff unable to transfer calls to our room. Couldn't locate the hair dryer in the room (if there was supposed to be one).
