Old microwave, took hot water too long

Breakfast was great. Great hostess and very accommodating.

The benches and sitting area in the front causes the front entrance to smell of smoke. Maybe moving that away from front door would help. Nothing else stands out.

The hotel has lots and lots of flies. And it’s dirty

Housekeeping left my door open all day and the staff acted as if it was okay.

Desk clerk switched our room when water damaged walls/mold in the first room caused my wife to have an allergic reaction.

Breakfast was minimal. For the price I expected more.

Room was dirty, stains on both beds sheets and 1 of the pillows, didn’t look like anyone swept floor lately, neither pop machine worked, no one had cleaned light switches in a while, bathroom one was filthy

The staff was very nice.

My bed and pillows were dirty. Stained with oils and hair product. The person in the lobby said he had no other rooms. I asked for 2 full bedding sets, from the laundry room and changed the bedding myself. One bed did not have a mattress pad on it, so I had to go back and get one.

Location perfect for dance competition location. Two beds and breakfast served. Check in and out easy and friendly staff.

Room and hotel kitchen under construction, finishing items not completed. Toilet off balance, tile work missing, carpet half on walls for boarder. Air conditioner struggling to keep room cool.

The locations and parking.

The refrigerator was not working and leaked in the middle of the night, bathroom fan was not functional, the room A/C was not strong, the beds I booked were Queens and I received a room with two full beds. No supervisor on site. The next day before I checked out I spoke to an African American gentlemen who was wearing a hat at the front desk and I requested to speak to the manager or supervisor he told me he couldn’t come speak to me bc “Danny” the supervisor was working in the pools I told him it was fine I would go pack up and return in 20mins but if he could kindly let him know. I returned and he said to me that the supervisor was not wearing his uniform could not come speak to me bc he was working in the pool and “the pool was his priority” I asked him so you are telling me that the supervisor cannot speak to a customer that is kindly requesting to speak to him bc he is at the pool? And the pool is his main priority? His answer was “YES! That is right.” Overall my experience was awful ! Front desk gave me a late check out at 12pm and did not help with anything else other than giving me towels for the leak. I was denied to speak with the supervisor. Horrific!

We were promised a full breakfast, however when we got there a sign was posted that stated they were only offering a continental breakfast. When asked if there was a discount given because of the inconvenience of not receiving breakfast we were told that since the booking was with a third party they could not give us a discount. The breakfast was not at all pleasant.

Location was perfect within 10 minutes of my family.

Breakfast was a SAD affair. Sunday - no regular coffee. Continental breakfast was less than basic. The muffins were dry and super sweet. Fruit non existent. Yogurt would have been nice.

It was clean, convenient and a good value.

Held my security deposit for almost a week now and still haven't received it yet. Wasn't told the amount or the length of time till return until after they took the money. Not very informative

Location, we were staying for college graduation.

The bathroom was dirty. it seemed as if something was spilled down the wall. Not enough towels. For a non-smoking room/hotel smelled like smoke, my clothes smelled. Pillows were unsatisfying

The staff was excellent. Free parking. The room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was well stocked and went until 9:30 which is nice. Good shower! Sink inside the bathroom....outside is a deal breaker for me.

Curtains and window area were dirty. Bathroom towels had holes. Breakfast area was messy and there was no microwave.

The hotel itself was very clean. The room we stayed in was a king size suite with a sofa bed. Very clean and spacious for us.

Walking in there is an odd odor. The only other thing that kind of annoyed me was the night attendant I dealt with made a big deal about bringing towels back in exchange for more.
