We thought it was 2 bedrooms not a half wall between, the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on, will I return not a chance

Shower was horrible

Location was very convenient to the event we were working at. Fast food restaurants (MacDonalds, Tim Hortons, Wimpys etc.) a quick walk away. 24 hour desk clerk. Quiet room with kitchenette. Very good price.

Travelling for business and needed a receipt. Booking.com states a receipt must be obtained from the Residence and Conference center. We had to leave at 6am for the event we were working at. The receipt was not available at that hour and the receptionist said we should contact booking.com We asked the Residence/Conference center to email the receipt to us, but they did not do so.

Very friendly staff and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. It was nice to see a full size fridge in the room and microwave. We only stayed one night but would definitely consider this as an affordable place to stay for a longer trip.

we arrived at this property around 9pm. we received the confirmation from booking.com but the receptionist at this property declined to provide the rooms. we drove back to Toronto for one hour at dark time. very unhappy with this service that we actually didn’t get.

Bed was horrible. Even worst than a motel Beds were all squeaky as if all the boards would fall apart.
