Convenience to park the car by the slide door

That the noise from other rooms is heard in the own room so loud ,need better insulation particularly under the doors is gap of almost 2 inches , people smoke goes in to the room, wake up with head ache by cigarette smoke from the corridors

Toilet seat was broken and a simple paint job would go a long way

Super8 is our go to motel when we come to town . Wev been going to super8 for years and have never been disappointed.

The only things we didnt like was the walk up the stairs.And the fact we paid 37.00 dollers For 3 small fries and 3 pop

Location, efficient front desk. Bed was comfortable. Free WiFi. Complimentary continental breakfast was a bonus.

Rooms appeared a little dingy, although adequate, and very spacious. No response to telephone late at night. Although the breakfast was complimentary, it was pretty minimal.

I don't because we didn't have breakfast but it note your mistake it is our choice

bed was very good and comfortable. The employee was very very helpful and knowledgeable. The location of all the different places to eat etc.

the bedroom should be painted and cleaned ( not the person that cleans, it is the cracks and corners dirty, bathroom shower and attachments needs to be changed etc) a little more also I found the doors need to be fixed so they can close so you don;t here your guest getting back to there room

Raised voices in hall middle of night. (Not your fault.) Heater hard to adjust. Grout could use a good scrub.

Parking and Painting with Caulking.

The front desk service was stellar. The clerk was very polite and efficient.

The room was in bad repair. Chipped paint on the walls and doortrim. Rust stains on the tub and bathroom tile floor. The furniture was chipped, scuffed, old and tired. The walls and doors had dirty handprints and greasy drip marks. The pillows were tiny, hard and compacted (only 2 for the entire room). The bed was lumpy and sagged to the left and squeaked. There was a bad odour in the lobby that carried through to the hallways and room.

The location and the price

Poor customer service, the 2 front desk staff assured us that we will extend our stay for 1 day. I even ask them 8 days prior to our check out day that we will check out by Oct.1, then come Sep.30 another front desk staff in the morning shift rudely ask my sister to pack and go because she couldn't find our reservation/extension.

the rooms was dirty. the bed had bedbug droppings. the room was dirty. the door had graffiti on it. no locks on the door. they allowed 10+ people to party in their hallways and drink beers and smoke cigarettes.

the toilet was broken the room had no lights other than ceiling light. not very clean. sink took forever to drain
