The location was fantastic and the beds were comfortable. Friendly staff.
The room wasn’t super clean, room needs some touch ups. There was dog poo on our deck and not from our dog. Our room never got cleaned for the 3 nights we stayed, and for the price of over $600 I would think that should be offered at least.

The toilet wasn’t functioning properly, and there was no way to rent movies which would have been nice!

It is starting to wear. Finishes are looking sad. The bathroom counter is very small , bearely room for a thoothbrush

The staff they so helpful i was travelling with my 90 year old mom the cleaning staff was great thank you and front desk and the food was great it was really quiet too

The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for shopping.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to use a meeting room last minute for some business and they were very flexible. Room had a kitchen which was convenient.
You have to ask for room cleaning. I could have asked but was busy so went without any cleaning

after a 4hr drive, I had to look at 3 different rooms because the couches were dirty! And I paid for a pull out couch and didn’t get it, but didn’t notice until bed time and I didn’t want to move again. Added a few photos I took, even the coffee pot was dirty. Those are popcorn kernels in the main couch and white stains on the other couch.

The check-in staff member was helpful.
When we checked in at 6:00pm, our assigned room had not been cleaned from previous occupants. We were moved to another room which didn't have enough beds. The parking was very cramped
