The AC didn’t work and made it difficult to sleep. We asked about it but by the time we got back and realized it was still not working it was too much trouble to move for another night. The pool wasn’t working and good was left in the hallway for over 18 hours.

The breakfast was very convenient and tasty. And service was friendly and quick.

The upstairs halls were very stuffy and hot. And the a/c unit very loud in our bedroom. Had to turn off to go to sleep but couldn’t sleep well due to heat that warmed up the room fast.(3rd floor) I used the gym but one eliptical didnt work and the upright bike was broken (no notice on tho). And I couldn’t use airplay to cast my workout from my phone to tv.

Our meals could not be served to our family simultaneously 6 guests The meals were nice . The waitress explained that the grill was very small so serving everyone together was not possible

The bed and room were comfortable. The location serves us well as a last minute stop on a long trip. We arrived late and left early

The bedding skirting was quite frayed and the bed was poorly made. We thought we were getting breakfast included. The price of the room seemed a bit high for what we got.

The pool and hot tub were both green and not very clean
