The staff were AMAZING!!!! By far the nicest staff I have ever come across in any hotel! Even the teenage lifeguards were super friendly and helpful!

The pool was smaller than I'd hoped and I would have LOVED to have a waiter to bring us drinks.instead of having to take all my kids out of the pool to go over and get a drink

It seemed run down, all facilities shut down by 8:00pm, areas of the pool was closed due to staffing, old linen and trash was staged in the corridor from cleaning of rooms. We had to call and request it to get picked up as far as we knew, it was out in the corridor for over 6 hours. Really just an unpleasant experience.

We were charged for using the charging station at the basement parking area, when it was written that we are not to be charged for it unless we exceed 4 hours. No one from front desk was able to assist us here. We were told by front desk that the Leviton charging station does not belong to the hotel. Duh!!! And that was it. I think we deserve a better answer than this as the station is in the property of the hotel. And we were tourists in your hotel and we live in another country, so assisting us with contacting Leviton would have been the more appropriate way.

Location was well kept, clean and the room was cozy. Lots of parking was great too.

One elevator was broken the whole week we were there and the one working took forever. When it did reach our floor it was usually full. Also the pool closed at 8 or 9 on weekends. Wish it was open later since it's summer and peak season. Heard rumors the property was short on lifeguards. Also the water fall on the pyramid was off a few times along with the water slides again due to being short staff. We also ordered towels and more toilet paper and it didn't show up until the next day when they cleaned our room.

They did not off a free breakfast. And the breakfast that they did offer was very overpriced. The lady that checked us in at 11 PM was the nicest person that we met all week and she was a true sweetheart. I wish I got her name to give her true recognition.

Their accessible rooms are not really accessible as the shower stalls are very tiny and the bed is extremely low to the floor. We had numerous maintenance problems. The bedroom door would not close the air conditioner went out when it was 110° outside. The front door had no door sweep on it so the light from the hallway let the entire unit and most of the staff was not very personable.

Room was very outdated and unclean and had a terrible odor. We requested housekeeping services, as we had not been served the first two days, and we were told they were not able to service our room on the third day. Spoke with management Juliane and she told me that the housekeeping management were in a meeting at 9:30am and then she took my number to give me a call once she had spoken with the housekeeping manager about my issue. Needless to say, Juliane never called me back to follow up. I ended up having to come back downstairs at 8 pm after no call back and leaving out of my room at 6:45pm returning at about 7:50pm to find that housekeeping had been in my room and only dropped off new towels! The bed was stained and a mess and it was made up. Kitchen floor was still dirty as well as both restrooms and kitchen table. The horrid smell still lingered as well. I was then greeted by another manager, Isaac, who in fact listened to my problem and sent housekeeping to my room to correct the issue of cleaning, which still was not done properly. On another note, part of the pool was closed the whole stay and water slide closes at 6pm while one portion of the pool stays open. Jacuzzi need a resurfacing, and no one seemed to care about the ton of debri in the pool. Drinks were high price and seemed to have zero alcohol content for frozen adult beverages, kitchen looked unsanitary. Staff was very unwelcoming and did not seem to care about anything but checking people in and they still were rude about that to other guest. The garden also seemed to be struggling and barely cared for. We spent a pretty decent amount of money and I can say it was a total disappointment. I only booked another night because we were just too exhausted to pack up everything so early in the morning when we had been running up and down stairs and waiting on the ONE WORKIl WORKING ELEVATOR in our building, we just wanted to sleep in. CanCun used to be our favorite place to staycay during the summer

Only thing I didn’t like is the hotel isn’t the cleanest I’ve stay here last year in April and this year and both times it wasn’t really clean the room floor was already dirty when I walk in there was hair and dirt/dust on the floor, the walls where dirty on arrival the trimmings on the walls in every room was extremely dusty the bathroom sinks and shower head had hard water stains that where white and green around the faucet which really made me feel dirty and the mattress on the pull out couch was stain really bad all over and lastly the shower in the hall way bathroom had green and black stains all around the bottom of the shower which appeared to be mold it was really gross other then the rooms not be to date and clean properly the hotels is great for families because I don’t really like my kids to be around a bunch of naked people on the strip so I prefer to come here but I just wish they would clean this place up cause it’s really ridiculous that it’s this dirty and it literally seems to be all the rooms. Ive seen/heard multiple people complaining about dirtiness

This was literally worst trip of my life upon arrival at the property we were told that they were overbooked and that my room that I had prepaid for 10 days earlier had been given away. I was there with my family including my two children with nowhere to stay after driving all the way from another state! When I finally found a hotel (the next day) I had to spend money that I had no intention of spending while still try to get back the money that was previously taken. Which also prevented us from being able to do activities that we had planned. I was literally the worst. I would never use or recommend booking nor this hotel after this experience.

Nothing, they are scammers.

They canceled our reservation without any communication, after we informed at what hour we were arriving. They charged us one night and didn't allow us access to the room we were charged for in the remaining hours we had for that night. The rest of the reservation was resold and I still haven't received any reimbursement. This hotel is stealing from us and booking is doing nothing about it.

The service 1- we got there at 3:30 check in was at 4:00 the room wasn’t ready. We waited like 2:00 for the room. 2-all the complementary stuff was empty shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. 3 - pool shouldn’t be closed at 8 pm specially when the weather is very hot and the only time we can enjoy w pool was around 6-7

The slides and pools weren’t always open which was disappointing when traveling with a child and in the summer months. Also one of the elevators in our building was broken the entire time making for very long waits.

Seemed short staffed at the front desk, but the young lady that helped me was pleasant and professional. She was doing all she could with the situation.

They charged my card a $300 deposit when we checked in but promised it would be returned after our stay as long as there were no issues with the room. On the day of check out I made sure the room was clean. I even did the dishes and left a tip for the house keeper. Even with all of this they won’t give my deposit back and now I have to take time out of my day to see why this is and why they are fraudulently keeping my deposit. They also called my room the day we checked in and offered me another nights stay for only $20 if I would go to a 90 minute seminar about their timeshare program with NO obligation to sign up. When I went to this seminar I was bombarded with sleazy sales tactics, rude salesman who were bullies, and then when I said no I was shamed and made to feel like I was in the wrong. The seminar ended up lasting 3 hours instead of the 90 minutes they promised and they brought in 2 salesman to team up on me and pressure me to say yes. So beware of this if you go here! I believe because I didn’t agree to their ridiculous timeshare program they decided to charge me my $300 deposit to make up for the extra nights stay they offered for $20. This was honestly the worst experience I have had with a hotel and I will never return here or to any Hilton property ever again!

The pull out sofa was like no other, very comfortable. The staff in the lobby were friendly and helpful.

The pool closed all sections but one during the afternoon heat. The one section was very crowded. The pool staff acted irritable.

The staff was great. The breakfast was really good.

The bed was very uncomfortable. One side squeaked when I moved, the other side felt as lumpy as the side that squeaked. I found a decent spot in the middle.
