Bed a little too hard. No shelf in shower to put your shampoo/soap etc. Very cheap shower head for a deluxe room. . Need more coffee in the room.

The elevator was out of order, when we had to get our room keys reactivated twice because they didnt work, when we got to the room there was garbage from the previous guests on the floor.

The bed was very comfortable. I liked having lemon water available in the lobby. The ham and eggs and hashbrowns were good on Sunday morning.

The elevator was broke down both days I was there. Had to carry suitcases up to second floor. These things do happen. But.... No staff offered to help ladies to carry suitcases up stairs! I think that should have been offered. The room I had booked originally was two queen beds. They were not available when I got to the hotel. Ended up with a king bed and I had a friend with me. We wanted separate beds like I had booked. When I asked an employee downstairs at the desk, if I could have a blow dryer, and I didn't say it rudely, she said, "Well you didn't look because they are in the closet!! ". It was not a professional, kind response to a customer. We hunted again after that and there was not a blow dryer in our room.

The room we stayed in was large and clean. Staff helpful and polite. Room with the exception of the air conditioner was quiet.

Hotel is slightly dated noisy A/C unit.

It was very comfortable. The staff were friendly. The hotel mostly met what needed for my short stay.

The breakfast was ok, but the was no hot chocolate for the kids, the next morning there were no apple juice. Thats what we can tell for the breakfast.

The room were too small, the bathroom door was hard to close making a lot of noise, even the room.door was hard to open. The air-conditioning were too close to the bed.
