The breakfast was good the staff was friendly.

I didn't like that I had to wait almost two hours after I arrived before being able to get a room after I had reservations for months. I don't like that I was told that they usually don't accommodate special requests because I have a special needs child and requested ground level room or on the first floor. Which was also put in months in advanced when I booked. I also didn't like that there were no towels at the property after they told us all towels will be washed and put back in our rooms before we make it back to the property. We got back in close to 11 and we had no towels in the room. When I went to the desk they said they literally had no towels. When they finally got towels it was 2 in the morning. The location and area of the hotel is great. It was just these things that made my stay unpleasant but I still enjoyed my family vacation.

I asked for housekeeping to come empty trash on 2nd day and bring more towels and coffee, and no one ever came so my room was dirty all day Saturday. The breakfast was 1/10

Due to a flooding issue "freshly prepared" breakfast was not offered; however, store bought sausage-egg-cheese biscuits, yogurt, fresh fruit, and store bought granola bars were provided. Very acceptable.

The room was unexpectedly cleaner and fresher smelling than what earlier "ratings" had indicated. ONLY "ISSUE" was the AC temp had been set at 52 degrees F, and the room took quite a while to reach an acceptable level of comfort.

I paid extra 70 dollars (10 dollars for the parking twice and 50 dollars as deposit). I didn't expect that.

Pool and basketball area were nice for the kids.

There was no social hour or buffet breakfast, there was no shower curtain, and there were no towels.
