Food was quite good!

3 pm is two late for check in. And10.00 am is to early for check out. They want to charge you for early check-in and when asking for a extended check out the front desk wanted $40.00 for 1 hr of extended stay . .. Ripe off . I had to assist 3 other hotel guest with a ride to the airport this morning. I came to the front desk at 10.23 and the Front desk person wanted to charge me $40 ... Complete crap.

The views were great. Rooms were nice and spacious. Amenities were also great.

It seems like some things were a bit cheap. Considering the price of the stay. But only small things like the toilet paper.

The pool is fantastic, we had two great dinners, one in the main restaurant and the second in the German restaurant. Both with good service and beautiful views. Nice walks around (but don't follow the trails to the side of the mountain with construction going on)

Most importantly, I don't recommend staying here if you're traveling with a dog, I wouldn't call the hotel dog friendly as it is called here on booking. The rooms you can stay in with a dog are two elevators away, tucked in the basement behind the car park. These rooms are on a busy walking path. Kinda ruins the big bath tub and shower etc that are right at the big windows (with a beautiful view behind the busy path). Also your dog is not allowed on any of the patios, not even the casual German bar patio. Besides that, the rooms definitely need updating. Were all the crystals nice at some point? They are tacky now. Also the hotel tries to use technology, I must have had 20 messages with links to forms and info, but half of it doesn't work so it became a bit of a joke. Breakfast isn't great either. All in all, some very good, some very mediocre. Wouldn't recommend staying if you bring a dog.

Beautiful location and scenery.

Need more valet, bellman and front desk staff.

Free range of the saunas and pool. The restaurant was amazing. We received a corner room so we got the best of mountain and lake view. The staff were all friendly and informative.

Would have liked the saunas to be open earlier. Had to sit around and wait. Other than that it was perfect.

Location and facilities were great

Special request was not fully delivered,there was no follow up from the hotel if all was ok. In our case we had missing item which was not delivered with our package. No one asked until we asked if that was part of the package. On the end no compensation or complementary gesture was made. Making it short hotel is missing attention to detail. When you staying longer your room was not consistently cleaned.
