Accessibility to shopping - supermarket, stores.
The odor in the guest rooms was very musty and unpleasant. On arrival, we were given a room on second floor but, on entering the mustiness was unbearable and the manager on duty changed it. The new room assigned was not much better but we accepted it as it was very convenient to reach family whom we were visiting. The microwave was dirty as it seemed it was never cleaned. Also, the comp coffee was either cold as was the supposed hotwater. Oftentimes the breakfast items would run out - boiled eggs, butter, bagel, and milk in particular.

The hot breakfast was very delicious. After we got our room and it wasn't cleaned we asked for the manager to look at it. He clean the bathroom and gave us clean linens for our bed because makeup was on the bedding. He also follow-up the next day.

The A/C didn't keep the room as cool as I like it, but it would probably be just fine for most folks.

Service culture was excellent. Staff were always attentive and engaging. I loved the breakfast options as it was great value for money.
The beddings need refreshing as it looked tired and worn out. My room also didn't have a refrigerator. I will recommend that the hotel reconsiders this.

Doors slamming all night long and waking you up. Ability to hear conversation in the room next to you. A loud noise went off in my bathroom at 1:30 in the morning and lasted for approximately seven minutes. Call the front desk and was unable to get help for this And was not compensated. Nothing but carbs for breakfast. Refrigerator very noisy during the night and froze everything I put in it.

I like that it was clean and the manager was great.
The desk staff couldn't get my reservation correct. I had to pay for two nights the day I arrived, and I already had a reservation but the lady kept saying that it was for Saturday and Sunday when I clearly showed her my reservation for Friday and Saturday. It was too late in the night to convince her that she was wrong, so I paid again and thank God the next afternoon, the manager was in and fixed my issue.
