The location was near a lot of restaurants so you didn't have to go very far.

The breakfast area was very small so they didn't have much room for people to sit down. The room was a lot smaller than I expected and for the price I paid, I expected a larger room. If we had more than 3 people in the room, we would have been really cramped for space.

I didn’t like the check in process. They wouldn’t take my card because it was in my daughters name who is 5 ( she is added in my account) even though I showed them proof and that the card numbers were completely the same. I also did not like that all of the doors let out and in ONLY from the lobby. The elevator was super slow and my room door looked like it had been broken into. it had a slant. actually most of the doors on my floor did.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

The rooms was clean.

Elevators was not working. When I did my reservation online it didn't say that the elevators wasn't working, I was really disappointed when I checked in.

Breakfast ok, same food every day. Eggs were grease Our rooms were not clean the entire stay, not even taking out the trash

The breakfast was delicious howevr orange and apple juice needs to be on the menu

The pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable and worn out. The elevator needs to be swept more frequently

The staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

The smell was unlike anything I have ever experienced in a hotel. It was not smoke. There is a mold problem, perhaps black mold, somewhere, perhaps in ventilation. The bathroom door did not fit properly and would not close. Soap dish in shower had apparently broken off and had not been replaced. One light next to bed did not work.
