Comfortable and clean room

It would had been nice if the pool was open. They needed to clean and treat the pool. You had to pay for breakfast and it was barely above continental breakfast.

1)Front staff kept me waiting on check in and didn't even acknowledge that I was waiting with a I'll be right with your or anything. Just left me standing there wondering when they were going to help me. 2)Was not allowed to take breakfast back to room. 3)They told us we had the room by the pool but the pool wasn't even open during our stay. 3)Not enough towels in the room. Had to ask for more.

Easy to get to location.

Housekeeping sounded like you guys were happy to be at work and to see each other, but I didn't need a wake-up call before 8 a.m.

I have stayed here before. It always exceeds my expectations. The rooms are always clean, AC works good, beds are soft, and there's a pull out sofa in (most) the king rooms. The bathrooms are spacious and clean. This hotel is within minutes to where we needed to be, which was a bonus because we were able to sleep in a little longer both days and still make it to the event on time. This hotel is right off the interstate which is a bonus, especially when you're tired. There's an Applebee's in the parking lot of the hotel, which means you can go enjoy a couple drinks and walk back to your room without endangering others! Even though we did not eat breakfast either time we stayed, it smelled good and they seem to have several options. The strawberry kiwi water is very good as well!

Nothing until the last night of our stay this go round. We got back to the room a little after 8pm on Saturday and settled in with a couple movies. Upon completion of the last movie, a group of people made their arrival (around 11pm). They were loud. Laughing loud, talking loud, slamming doors, knocking on doors, etc. They were clearly drunk, and their room was right next to ours (I believe). We laid in bed trying to go to sleep from 11pm until after 1am Sunday morning until I finally contacted front desk and asked them to handle the situation because we were set to head back home Sunday evening after the event ended, which means we needed rest. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, people should have a little respect for others when it comes to staying in hotels at least. You don't know how far someone has to drive to get back where they come from or when they're even leaving. But everything else was perfect, so I have no complaints on the hotel.

We liked that the property was close to Dave and Buster’s. We’d driven into GA to celebrate our son’s 9th birthday and decided to stay the night. We got to the property a little after 10pm and the young lady at the front counter was very pleasant. We’d requested a microwave in our room since we picked up Jamaican plates earlier in the day, and she made sure we were satisfied.

The things we didn’t like about the property were the sofa bed. OMG!!! HOW OLD ARE THOSE MATTRESSES?! MY GOSH! Also, the room was overcrowded with way too much furniture. No room to really move around. We were bumping into one another.

Rooms were smaller than I expected and cooling didn't work that well.

The property did not meet my expectations for how much I paid. The property could best be described as a remodel motel.

The staff was amazing and wonderful. Everything was clean and staff always helpful. The bed so good comfy smell good the wifi on point. I needed it for work and price was right. I'm booking another stay.

The breakfast wasn't bad I prefer the Keurig coffee in the bedroom versus the one for the breakfast in the lobby.
