While preparing for bed, I turned down the comforter and top sheet. While arranging the pillows I noticed that the bottom sheet was dirty - it was apparent the sheet not been changed and was soiled. This is unaccepable and a health hazard. My husband went down to the front desk and requested sheets for a king sized bed. I had also called to.let the front desk know what had occurred and specifically asked for king sized sheets. My husband received sheets for a queen, so I called the lobby again and was told by the clerk that I had requested queen sheets which was untrue. We made do with the sheets issued as it was very late and we were exhausted after a long drive. Additionally, the couch and desk chair in our room were stained. We had previously made reservations at ths hotel for a return trip at Christmas this year, but they will be cancelled and we will say at another hotel in the area. We always stay at Hampton Inn during our travels, but the one in Marietta falls far short of our expectations.

My experience was a little unique for me. When I was booking my stay I couldn't decide if I wasnted to stay Sunday night or not, I ended up not book my stay for the extra night. In my mind when I got there, I kept telling myself I had booked the extra night. Sunday rolled around and I got an email about how did I enjoy my stay. I brushed it off until I checked my reservation and I did not book the extra night.
I immediately called and the front desk staff was great, they contacted housekeeping and they gathered all my belongings and had them at the front desk when I arrived later in the day.

Pool seemed foggy and dirty. Was not impressed at all. Outdoor patio had dirty cushions that you would not even sit on. The dining area had old dirty chairs that I did not want to sit on either. The dining area was not very clean. Pastries and bagels at breakfast seemed to be sitting out too long or for too many days. Was not impressed.

Staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Nice to have a mini gym for exercise. Checkout was fast and easy.
Check in was rather slow while the clerk chatted with the person in front of us and did the same with us while people were waiting behind us. We were given our keys to the room but the number on the key folder and the room number did not match. When I went down to correct this, I asked if we could have a room farther from the ice maker and was given another room with a king bed when I was supposed to have a 2 queen bedroom. I was given a handicap room which was fine except the shower had no edge and the water ran out into the floor of the bathroom requiring me to mop up with a towel. Breakfast was good, but some of the choices were not available and we had to wait until they were replenished. I was not given the password for the wifi and had to contact desk to find out what it was.

There was a hiccup at check-in due to an extra damage deposit charge not taken into account when booking with booking.com. when added, our "voucher" was no longer valid and the hotel tried to charge me again for the total amount. Luckly, there was someone at the front desk who could figure that out.

Very clean new property in excellent location. Front desk lobby staff suggested Marietta Diner not far from hotel when we inquired about nearby dining. Truly an amazing experience and most appreciated suggestion.
The front lobby evening/staff were quite business like, somewhat stiff, no smiles.

Everyone of the staff we met was friendly and professional. The front desk had helpful dinner suggestions. Check out was smooth. Breakfast was delicious and the attendant was super kind.
The hotel has changed from travel bottles of shampoo and lotion to permanent larger bottles, but they were empty. :/.

My son plays in baseball tournaments and I always stayed at a Hampton (points) and great stays. They always had laundry rooms to do my sons uniform when dirty but this site didn’t have so I was very surprised and had to immediately cancel and go to another hotel that had the laundry room. This was a very big inconvenience because I had to cancel and then find another hotel in a matter of a couple of hours. I can’t believe a Hampton Inn w/o laundry facilities for guests.

I loved all of the ladies serving breakfast, especially Penny, Kim and Helen! They took amazingly good care of us and served up a delicious breakfast every morning. All of the employees seemed happy and they enjoyed their jobs. The property was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and we will be back sometime soon.

The property was east to get to. We were in town for a Braves game and it was easy to get to and from park. the property was clean and nice! Staff was helpful and nice!
The property itself was great, but the issues we had were with booking.com and how they didn’t work with the property to get the accommodation secured.

The room was extremely dated & not as clean. I could literally smell a strong cologne on my pillow. The door’s safety latch was loose as if someone tried to break in, in the past & they never bothered to fix it.
I love staying at the Hampton inn because of the delicious free breakfast but this time, the breakfast wasn’t all that great.
