Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We stayed at the Pavilion, so easy access to all the amenities was very convenient. And the amenities were enjoyable for a two-night stay with our two kids under six.

The suites in the Pavilion could use a refresh.

There was a tonne of stuff for the kids. they had a blast! We loved being able to take our dogs with us!

When I check out I was told the front desk about the table lamp it's broken the wire is come out of the lamp! But I get the answer is not "sorry about that"it was I make a nose that is not you"I don't think that's the good answer for me! The wires come out of the Lamb it's a dangerous , something can be happy !I'm not the first time to visit deerhurst almost every year in the past 4 years ! I think that's the important thing ! Second when we went to the buffet the table close to the window is so sticky when we went past two years it was so clean now I don't know why because pandemic because less people or because the management?

Meals were very good, room was comfortable, location was nice.

They tacked on a holding charge to my account for potential damage to the room which may or may not be processed. They didn’t advise, and it’ll be interesting how long it takes to have it removed. It was upsetting.
