Room way too small and freezing

Paying almost the same as for Deerhurst resort for 2 stars motel. They should be asked to change the name as they put a stain on the image of the town. Noisy refrigerator and AC/heating unit. Old furniture qnd carpet with smell of unclean Staff not friendly at all. Usually you get 4 pillows per bed. There were only 3 so I am not sure what happened to one of them.

Bed was comfortable and clean.

It was not safe going up the stairs with luggages.

stairs to 2nd floor didn’t feel so safe.

very close to arrowhead, in the heart of downtown Huntsville

the rooms are very small - especially when travelling with ski gear

Small room, heater ran constantly. Very noisy and difficult to control the temperature in the room

SO much smaller than I thought it would be

The bed was super comfy but the size of the room lacked a little. The price point was what I was after as I was just in for a night. The front desk was really helpful in holding traffic while I backed my truck and trailer in.

The size of the room was a little lacking. The heating unit kept turning on and off throughout the night which woke me up from time to time.
