I was charged an extra $56 that has not been refunded to me. They did not have my first night reservation and had to put me in a different room rather than a king for my first night and before doing that, I had to wait nearly a hour for check in because I had to call booking directly to deal with them not having my reservation in the system (which was an employee mess up.)

The facility was quiet, nice, and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room was big enough, but I was expecting the pull out bed to be divided by partition like on website. The breakfast was adequate. We had issues with the sink not draining properly. Maintenance came in and fixed it.

There was not a great selection of fruit. We saw bananas but was told that it was for the next day's breakfast. So that was disappointing.

Breakfast was good, waffle maker worked well.

Shouldn't need to request room to be cleaned and have to pick up towels at front desk

The young lady at the front desk was very friendly. She was the best thing about our stay.

The room needed updating, AC wasn’t on & the room smelled very old. The location did not seem a very good location. Location was very dark & not well lit for night arrival!!!! Parking was very poor & limited. When we unloaded we were directed to a side entrance that was not well lit at all. Will not recommend at all!!

This Hampton was just fine. We stayed here for one night while visiting our grandmother in Newnan. Even though it’s located near all of the strip malls outside of town, we heard no noise, as the hotel is tucked back behind a bank of trees, away from the road.

The rooms are in desperate need of renovation. I felt like I had gone back in time to 1995. And although our room appeared generally clean, we found two dead cockroaches on our floor. Breakfast was just okay, as was the fitness center. It was open 24-hours, but held only three cardio machines and no strength training equipment.
