The shower wasn’t clean. The shower rod was broken and couldn’t close the curtains in shower.

The bed was a box spring uncomfortable, the staff was horrible at cleaning & customer service was the worst ever making excuses for housekeeping not doing their job!!

Close to a gas station

Pool closed, lobby closed, door would lock on us, pieces in the room were taped up, refrigerator wasn’t cold and making bad noises. Housekeeping hates animals. They came in room every other day to clean which we hated but is there rules. But they really didn’t clean. Roaches everywhere. Microwave lights don’t work.

There was no breakfast so I can’t answer how breakfast was, not even coffee. Only thing that was good is we had a bed but we bright our own sheets and blankets and thank goodness for that.

Rooms definitely could have been cleaned better, I always bring wipes with me and when we cleaned the toilet there was black stuff all over it, at first our room smelled like straight pee, we realized it was coming from room next door. We went to go buy more cleaner and candles just to handle the smell. Pool was so nasty 🤮 I didn’t even want to get in with water shoes. That’s not to mention what our bathtub looked like. Thank God for Disinfectant cleaners! If I ever need to go back to Newman and I hope I don’t because we had a family member at the cancer center, I will not be returning to this hotel!

I liked the location of the hotel and the beds were comfortable.

We did not enough towels or pillows and the front desk had no shampoo or conditioner or soap available for use. Also parking was cramped.
