I never got to book my room because of the lady at the front desk she wouldn’t tell me her name at all

I was in the lobby for 3 hours until I had to cancel my room which I came from out of town to spend time with my family and the front desk person didn’t let me book my room at all and I called booking.com and they said my information was correct it’s the property manager end now

It was quiet, staff was nice, nice breakfast

My bathroom needed to be moped, there was like a film on the floor. Definitely did my own cleaning in the room when we first arrived. There was also a cross/ “x” scratched into our mirror.

The housekeeping is available on select days. I had a 2 night stay starting from Saturday. I would’ve expected housekeeping would’ve been available on Sunday since that’s like the highest chosen day out of the week for guests to check out.

The whole experience was excellent. Breakfast was good, very convenience and easy location for my visit purpose. thanks for the excellent service.

Everything was good. Always is room to improve. But for me with this stay no complaints.

Breakfast and quiet

The maid room services were nil..I was in my room for 7 days. There were no clean towels.. sheets..the garbage was overflowing.. I cleaned my own bathroom...I stayed in hotels and every day there were cleaned rooms..towels and sheets...

Friendly breakfast lady The Breakfast (even though not the best) Hot chocolate at coffee station. The beds are really comfy. Location is convenient and nice

*Old Fruit in breakfast area *No 24/7 gym access/Missing Dumbbells In gym. *Really bad smelling room (Room 104) really needs attending. *Broken shower diverter valve in room *High toilet/ miss aligned toilet seat in room *High beds. *Windows cant open in room *Door to room doesn't shut easily ( literally have to pull the door closed or let the door slam itself shut) *The lightbulb in one of the lamps inside our room was broken. :( *A guy who works for the hotel constantly parks right in front of the building and sits his shuttle van on whatever it is there for hours while he hangs in the lobby preventing people from easily loading off stuff they may have. *We where told someone would come to the room to check on the horrible smell it had in the morning and if they couldn't fix it would offer us a different room but to my knowledge nobody ever came and we had to spend five days in a smelly room that reeked of dirty animal pee and who knows what else.

This was the nicest Comfort Inn we have been too.

We liked everything.

Second year here & will come next year too
