I stayed here mid July 2023. We found bed bug stains. My daughter woke up with bite marks on the back of her leg. We spoke to the front desk and they offered 15% off our bill. That was about $20. I booked through booking.com. I tried to call the hotel to resolve the matter no response. Booking.com called the hotel no response. I wanted to receive a full refund. Between booking.com and Hyatt no one was willing to help me. I have been trying to avoid posting this. But due to the company ignoring my attempts to receive a refund. I refuse to continue to play nice. See picture below of proof. If stay here check your beds and covers.

manager was able to provide a bare minimum discount since pictures were misleading, nothing like other Hyatt’s I’ve stayed.

I wanted room with a semi private wall between living room and bed, there wasn’t one. it is pictured in the specific room booked, management stated they were fully booked and weren’t able to provide anything to use as a temporary divider. after we mentioned we would have to shop at a ikea for a solution, manager was able to give us slight n discount for stay.

Love the breakfast! So clean and lots of options, way better than most. Beds were great, showers and bathroom cleaned well, lots of room in a king bed for two adults and two under two. Check in was easy. People at from were nice from front desk to room service.

Wish there was a mini microwave, some type of all day juice or water option non paid. Pool was just a tad dirty, there was a towel in the pool when we walked in.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very nice and helpful in attending to our needs.

photos on booking.com show a hot in, there is no hot tub. Had to stand in the shower just to shut the bathroom door.

The room was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was good as well. Even the coffee was better than most hotels.

The heating/cooling situation. After 15 minutes, the thermostat would convert back to 78 degrees and the heat would turn on. This made the room unbearable at times. After two nights, I looked up how to override the occupancy setting on the thermostat. Because of the way the rooms are set up, with a partition next to the bed, the occupancy sensor does not trigger. This is a terrible thermostat choice for this room layout. You will have a lot of unhappy travelers when it gets even warmer.
