Close to the airport

Very noisy at night being literally on the freeway and busy roads. Old air conditioning added to the noise.

Guest service lady at check in was very personable and sweet. I don’t know her name but she was friendly and professional - a class act 💙We had a cancelled flight departure at SFO and the Rodeway reception was the best part of our unfortunate travel snafu. Management should appreciate this particular employee. We stayed the night of Tues. June 27.

It was a room with a bed

When I arrived at night, I went to my room and the TV didn't work. I had to get someone to come up the next day to look at it. They couldn't get it to work, so they had to move me to another room. There were homeless people living at the bottom of the stairwell to get to my room. I tried walking up, but a women was sitting on the steps with her phone plugged into a nearby outlet. When I got up the next morning to leave, she was still sitting there on her phone. The price is misleading. There's a base price shown, but the fine print includes over $40 per night in extra fees, so this room cost more than I realized it would.

Asked for handicap didn’t get it . Room needed cleaned at headboard and floor needed vacuumed at edges . Homeless were outside room window

The room looked dirty and moldy. Maybe it was the floor boards but very very tacky.. I liked the previous room that I rented before the last one.

close to the airport for an early flight. Clean, surprisingly quiet so close to the road and airport. Nice people to check in.

booking.com appears to be charging a bit too much for a booking.

My Ac/Heater was slow to hear the room and never really got hot.

The location is perfect if you look for an accommodation near the airport. It's well connected with the airport and only 15 minutes away The staff was very good The place was good value for the money. Simple but with everything that is necessary to spend one or 2 nights.

Just that the room's windows were very close to the outside pass and to the bed inside and it could be easy for anyway to just break in. But the place looked overall safe and quite and we didn't have anything (nor even noises) disturbing us
