All was just Great, easy access to pool, love tht their were towels fr swimmers, didn't have to use our towels in room, perfect!
I wish Yall offered the Free morning Breakfast buffet, I seemed to have overlooked that upon booking, 😫, the free in the morning helps ALOT! The prices on menu were def an ouch!

Dirty coffee cups left in room. I went for more at the reservation desk. They didn’t seem to be concerned and didn’t apologize. They gave me mor cups.

the lady that checked us in was the absolute best we had ever had. I wish I could remember her name because I would give her 10 stars. She made it stay very pleasant and was very informative.

Easy check in check out.
Told them I would be staying 2 nights and wanted the same room so I didn't have to take my stuff with me after the first night. Got back to the hotel and had to reactivate card after walking all the way to my room because it was deactivated after the first night. I had 2 separate itineraries due to coming in town earlier than expected. No one told me I would have to reactivate. Even when they called me to confirm at 1 pm the next day after the first stay.
Wanted complimentary (free) breakfast just to find out once I got to hotel you had to pay for it.

I have never wrote a bad review or took motive to criticize any place of customer service, as I know from experience of waitressing 4+ years how challenging and self-discipline it is to be in this industry..
When trying to check in after coming from LAS Airport. The representative at front desk, was unprofessional..flaunting her arms and made my first experience to Las Vegas uneasy/not welcomed. As it was 2 hours early from check-in time, took my chances and asked if I can check-in. She said No, which is understandable but in no way in shape or form would I expect that much attitude and an immature personality. As I wrote earlier, flaunting arms saying “Do you want me to call the cleaners to see if theres any available rooms?” sarcastically. I felt as if she was trying to downgrade or mocking me dramatically in a way made me so uncomfortable. And, she was willing to charge my card for the deposit and asked for ID when I couldn’t even check in!! She said there’ll be another front desk receptionist working at the time “I could check in”. Even if I didn’t see her again after that day, it didn’t matter. Did not want to stay here at all after that encounter, I expected more class/professionalism at a Hilton. Canceled my 4 night reservation. I didn’t get a full refund as Booking.com had promised, had to pay for a 1 night which was $170 that I did not stay in. Honestly think it was fine as long as I got majority of my donation and that I could be far away from this place. But It was still unfortunate and disappointing of how my experience was just getting off the plane, wanting to lay down and have a fun Halloween weekend. Found another hotel, which in my opinion was very convenient as it’s right at the strip and I got to check-in early once right after I booked! Booked it right after leaving this place, and had a happy experience with the one I went to !

I have requested a refund from your company numerous times and you keep ignoring me! Hilton gardens inn has responded and they did cancel my stay for the 23rd which was canceled on the 202nd booking.com refuses to refund my money I will be going to the BBB
