É um excelente Hotel bem aconchegante com um pessoal preparado para atender o hospede com carinho e dedicação como a senhora Libia muito carinhosa e dedicada. O cafe da manha é excelente um dos melhores pontos positivos deste hotel.

A localizacao fica muito longe de shoppings e de Miami Beach por exemplo

Friendliness and helpfulness of front desk staff, proximity to Coconut Grove.

I liked the location next to Coconut Center and the metro line that takes you to the busy area in Miami in just a couple of minutes. The neighborhood around the hotel is nice to walk around. Also close to the airport. The breakfast was better than in other Hampton Inns but let's not exaggerate with the reviews of excellent breakfast.... please.

I did not like the Plastic use at breakfast - it is really surreal the amount of plastic that the hotel uses. I do not appreciate eating from a paper plate... cutting with a plastic knife... I could not see where I could recycle the Plastic bottles that we used for water... No vegetables, no cheese, no ham... Truly a very basic unhealthy breakfast full of sweets.... And I did not appreciate that they blocked the amount at check-in and did not release it at check out.

Un hotel sencillo pero con toda la comodidad y servicios indispensables. Junto a la estación de metro. Bien comunicado.

tem um estação de metro perto do hotel, mas estando em Miami ajuda pouco, melhor estar de carro. Cafe da manha bom, com frutas, pratos quentes mas pouca variedade de pães. quarto muito confortavel, cama macia, travesseiro gostos de dormir. Chuveiro maravilhoso!

Nada em particular, me atendeu bem

Hôtel bien placé à 5 minutes à pied d'une station du metrorail (Coconut Grove), très pratique pour circuler vers le centre de Miami ou l'aéroport. Très propre, quartier tranquille, parfait pour le repos. Le personnel à la réception est efficace et très avenant. Déjeuner varié, salade de fruits et de baies fort généreuse.

Rien de négatif à signaler.

Clean and comfortable, easy walk around Coconut Grove and on the trolley route. Decent breakfast included and nice to have refillable toiletries in the shower.

Pool towels are flimsy and well-worn, could use an upgrade.

The breakfast had many options and was pretty good! The cleaning staff was absolutely delightful and thorough. The front desk staff was very helpful and nice. The pool was great. The room size was good. The function of everything in the room was great!

One elevator was down. Not the worst thing in the world, but a little inconvenient. The parking setup was not ideal, but it wasn't that bad.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the level of cleanliness. The rooms and common areas were spotless, making for a comfortable and hygienic stay. Additionally, the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Their attentiveness and helpfulness added a special touch to my stay.
