Nothing to like.

This motel is a big NO NO. The rooms have BED BUGS. We killed many after we moved in. Then we kept all our lights on whole night to keep bugs hidden since bugs come out only in the dark. DO NOT GO FOR THIS.!!!

À notre réception, nous avons demandé la clef pour aller voir la chambre et il a refusé. La réception était dans un état lamentable. En marchant à coté de l'édifice, on a vu des débris dans l'escalier. Un peu plus loin, il y avait encore accumulation de bois. Dana la salle pour déjeuner, il y avait accumulation de linge salle. Nous aurions aimé vérifier la propreté dans la chambre, ce qu'on nous a refusé complètement.

I had a good experience, I would stay there again. As far as cleanliness and comfort it was acceptable, no better or worse than other places I've stayed at. The staff was polite and helpful, and other people staying there were also nice. Thank you Motel Hotel Le Regent. Nick

Spiders in bathroom. Dirty toilet and mirror. Moldy smelling bathroom (i have pictures of all of the above) Staff member called us stupid, among other names on our last day there while yelling and pointing his finger in my face. I asked him to stop calling me names as my kids were there with me, and that I was saying what needed to be said politely without waving my hands all up in his face. Which made him evn more mad for some reason. It was quite the show! And very uncalled for us to leave there crying with a 6 hour drive ahead of us! VERY rude and unprofessional to PAYING GUESTS

Not clean room

- Big room with kitchen area, bedroom, bathroom - Comfortable bed - Fast check-in/out - Restaurants at a 20 minute walking distance - Air conditioning - Parking spaces : easy to come and leave by car - Cycling and walking path nearby

It is a hotel in which you can spend one night if you have no other option. - The room was not clean in all areas: bed and bathroom were ok but the kitchen was not. There were leftovers in the sink and the microwave. - Humid smell in the bathroom - The bathroom sink is not in the bathroom but in a corridor leading to the door used by cleaning staff. - If you don't have a car, it is quite easy to come by bus but very difficult to leave as you have no bus in the other direction nearby. You have to walk 20 minutes to get one. - It was the cheapest I found for this particular night. However, I slept in a way better place for the same price the night before in QC centre.

Owner verbal assaulted me when I told him the room was dirty with spiderweb and broken windows. He refused to help in any way and stated to go 'f' myself. I only asked for a clean room Needless to say we left and did not stay. He refused to refund the money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Imagine a hotel with no wifi, dirty. The staff really did not want to help us with anything and wanted to steal my deposit saying i damaged the propety

nothing. the owner or manager is rude, hair dryer not working, no bath towels given and during checkout he charged me 100$ extra which I gave as deposit, he accused me of stealing towels whereas we didn’t had any large towels when we checked in, used their small towels or our bath towel, he simply refused to return my deposit
