Comfortable room, comfortable bed

1) awoken by repeated fire alarm that wasn’t explained 2) my sink stopper was stuck closed. I asked to have fixed, but it was only opened without fixing the underlying problem so it immediately got stuck closed again 3) the green light on the smoke detector high up on the walled glowed so brightly at night that I had to make a huge pile of pillows to block it out 4) the curtains in my colleague’s room wouldn’t open 5) at check-in we were told we could get stuff for our room at the desk, or request room servicing by the morning wanted. After 3 nights, I wanted the room serviced and asked in person at the front desk the night before. It did not get done. After returning to the hotel that evening I had to go back down to the desk, from which the clerk was missing, and wait in line behind 4 people who were checking in, to get fresh supplies for the room.

Pushed the bar setting, but it was unexpectedly closed the night we were there.

2 nd time we’ve booked since May. 4th time overall I believe. Quiet location with easy access to Beaverton/Portland

For the price, breakfast should have been included, it was misleading that it wasn’t. Also, there should be a pool, it read like there was. It’s nice but average, for the price a night, I expected more.

The hotel is outstanding ... location , staff , modern , and the hospitality. I've been though mistake ,,, they solved it with kindness. Thank you for taking care of your guests.

Room furnished nicely, but disappointed with amenities. I booked because it had parking, a pool and hot tub to include continental breakfast

Promise broken, I was let down not having these items advertised
