The place was absolutely filthy. Took me 2 hrs to clean the bathroom so I can have a bath. There was pee all over toilet plus mould around toilet.The microwave had food all on the inside. The bedding was dirty. To be honest not worth the money. The front desk lady was rather rude and arrogant. Wouldnt come unlock door to let me in. As the door was frozen. I had to resort to the window. I'm also 5 months pregnant. The walls had dirt, dust, food, beverage spills all over them. So after is all said and done I spent to probably 3 am cleaning so I can have a nice bath. N changing rooms could of been an option but I didn't want to burden. So I waited and told the from desk lady and she refused to resolve the matter at all or even give me the change that was owed to me in first place. Refused to give me her managers number. Was very rude.

Toilet in room didn’t flush. got moved to another room at 10:00 pm and the second room didn’t have toilet paper. not impressed when it’s 5 am and no toilet paper.

The room was spacious, bathroom was clean. Stayed one night, bed was clean and comfortable.

AC is noisy, not for light sleepers. Non-existent breakfast, it was basically jam and bread to take to your room. Don't expect much if the listing says 'Breakfast included'. Wires (from TV/AC/Fridge) in the room can be a tripping hazard for families with young children.

Easy to find, lots of parking, accommodating staff and close to restaurants etc.

Not enough towels in the room, breakfast was a little sparse.

Handy to coffee shops and restaurants. Staff were very pleasant.

Breakfast was served in the lobby with bread, butter, jam, muffin, juice & coffee

Refrigerator was in the working order but needed to defrost as their was lot of ice in it.

had to go ask for soap and towels...And at night blinds let in too much light..need a dark room to sleep

Larger room than expected. Good to have fridge but very little utensils if you want to cook. Clean shower bath and asked for extra towels and pillows which they provided. Comfy beds.

Bad news - On the way back we stopped here but our two bikes locked on back of our car were stolen and no CCTV records and apparently this is regular occurrence 🙄😭 police said this happens often and we have no chance of getting them back with damage to our car.

Perfect location, easy access by foot to a few restaurants - less than a 5 minutes walk. Also close to highways but very quiet.

Cleanliness is neglected. Entrance carpet was not vacuumed AND next morning when we came to take our shower and closed the bathroom door we found a couple of dirty actually filthy towels hanging behind the door. We did report this to guest service at reception. Even clean towels were not so clean. Coffee machine was broken. Breakfast is actually grab to go - no fruits and yogourt was set in a tray without ice in front of the window right in the sun! Asides from a cup of coffee and a couple of bites off of a muffin - don't count on breakfast.

bed sheets had multiple hairs and smells like someone else had just slept in the bed, but the staffs quickly replaced the sheets which is awesome.

The workers were very kind and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and good value! Nothing bad to say! I would stay again.

The breakfast could have been a bit better!
