comfy and cozy

The owner was lovely and offered me coffee, etc though I left early. The room was clean; facilities were decent.

It is slightly out of the center of town, but otherwise is fine.

We hadn’t originally planned to stop in Antigonish but I am so glad we did. The hosts are so friendly, the room was large, spotless & very cosy and the breakfast delicious. The bed was comfortable. You can really feel the care that the hosts put in to ensuring you have a comfortable stay and that is something special. From the helpful information folder to the milk in the fridge, from the fluffy robe to the towel hooks in the bathroom, every detail has been thought of so that you can really feel at home.

We wished we could have stayed longer!

The room had everything we could have wished for - even a kettle and teapot! Breakfast was delicious and our hosts friendly and welcoming.

Best breakfast we had on our Canadian trip. The home made muffins and scones were delicious The accommodation was also the best we came across. The owners know how to make travellers comfortable. Our stay coincided with the arrival of the strongest storm to hit Eastern Canada and the owner found us accommodation in which to see our the storm

-Unit was cold. Double diget, negative temperatures combined with low temperature setting in unit(understandable while unoccupied) made it difficult to get unit comfortable once heat setting was raised. Turning heat up the morning of arrival would, probably, have helped! -Only one 'chair 'in unit. -Breakfast, while advertised, was not available(Covid) and was substituted with a basket of something or another in the fridge which we chose to ignore.

Breakfast included not as advertised. I paid for 4 people and food provided was nothing more then a snack for 2 people. Coffee creamers in the room were curdled. Closet still contained previous guest clothing.

THERE WAS A 48 HOUR CANCELLATION AND THE DAY OF OUR ARRIVAL I HAD BACK ISSUES AND COULDN STAY AS I AM ON PRESCRIBED MEDS AND NEEDED TO GO BACK HOME AS i DIDNT HAVE ANYMORE LEFT .LIFE HAPPENS AND I SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SECOND NIGHT WHICH WAS ALREADY CHARGED UPON ARRIVAL

I loved that the Inn was family run and very well cared for. You can tell from the contactless check in, to the amenities in the room, the little touches of home and the amazing homemade porridge and scones in the morning that the family takes pride in their business. The room was exceptionally clean. Thank you so much for a lovely stay on our vacation.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

The thoughtful touches such as putting our keys out for us in envelopes with our names on so we knew we were expected, umbrellas in our rooms - it was raining - bath robes and slippers even for a one night stay and the fresh baked items for breakfast.

Absolutely everything! ❤️ We had a delay at the airport so arrived at 3am instead of 5pm- no problem, they accommodated us. Room was very clean, excellent shower and even included robes & slippers! Breakfast in am delish! Porridge bar-awesome! Homemade blueberry scones & muffins, fresh fruit, bagels, toast! Owners very friendly and adorable! Would definitely recommend!
