Location

It’s not kept up to other Hampton Inns. It’s old, and dilapidated.

Staff folks were friendly, tried to be helpful, and efficient in general. Elevator was fast, room basically clean. Breakfast a typical mid-grade type and okay. Easy location to find and access to most things, esp to Ft Sill. (we were NOT there for an Army graduation but to visit family on Ft Sill) H/c parking was always available. A/C in room worked fine with minimal noise.

Our room rate was NOT CORRECT - we were charged more than what it was when I used booking.com. It showed $103-105 per night and we were charged MUCH MORE -- not happy with this! How to fix this?! Now it shows the same room/nights as $93/nightly. I don't care if it was a grad weekend, the rate should be accurate online! Bed was NOT a pillowtop as Hampton Inns claim, and was quite old and worn. Linens old slick polyester. Room arrangement weird and unsafe, with a 2' passage between the fridge cabinet and wall, so we had to move it; too much furniture in the room for its size. Room carpet stained and damaged, and grout in bathroom was grimy in corners and edges, though otherwise was very clean. Our room keys kept malfunctioning every day and multiple times which was a pain. The 'free standard' internet ran at 3-4 mbps which is basically nothing, and we had trouble connecting; we bought the $4.95, which did work, but offering 'free internet' is not exactly true...if you need to actually USE the internet. I won't stay here again.

Good location and clean

My room 311 had a broken closet door that wouldn’t stay closed bec latch was broken, bathroom door didn’t lock, sink cracked, remote didn’t work good, tv old and mattress old.

I like how friendly the staff was, and how quickly they tried to fix any issues

I felt I was lied to about the meeting room, it was dirty, had water damage, and the tiles was messy and leaking water

Breakfast and location were good.

Windows broken out all across the front of the building. Filthy carpet in the room. No fridge or microwave in our room. Ask for clean towels on Saturday morning still hadn't received any by the time we checked out Sunday.

Ripped blankets, hot tub was broken and gross, pool seemed very dirty.

I liked how the room had two beds and a bathroom. The hotel offered breakfast and how it had a swimming pool. It was also really close to where we needed to go. Might stay here again I do not know yet

Good location. Coffee 24/7 in the lobby which is great. Nice breakfast. Comfy beds. Good, free WiFi.

Rooms really need a remodel. Furniture in pretty bad shape. Air conditioners loud in some rooms (we've stayed here a few times). My TV remote didn't work but I didn't have time to watch much anyway.
