It’s not kept up to other Hampton Inns. It’s old, and dilapidated.

Staff folks were friendly, tried to be helpful, and efficient in general. Elevator was fast, room basically clean. Breakfast a typical mid-grade type and okay. Easy location to find and access to most things, esp to Ft Sill. (we were NOT there for an Army graduation but to visit family on Ft Sill) H/c parking was always available. A/C in room worked fine with minimal noise.
Our room rate was NOT CORRECT - we were charged more than what it was when I used booking.com. It showed $103-105 per night and we were charged MUCH MORE -- not happy with this! How to fix this?! Now it shows the same room/nights as $93/nightly. I don't care if it was a grad weekend, the rate should be accurate online! Bed was NOT a pillowtop as Hampton Inns claim, and was quite old and worn. Linens old slick polyester. Room arrangement weird and unsafe, with a 2' passage between the fridge cabinet and wall, so we had to move it; too much furniture in the room for its size. Room carpet stained and damaged, and grout in bathroom was grimy in corners and edges, though otherwise was very clean. Our room keys kept malfunctioning every day and multiple times which was a pain. The 'free standard' internet ran at 3-4 mbps which is basically nothing, and we had trouble connecting; we bought the $4.95, which did work, but offering 'free internet' is not exactly true...if you need to actually USE the internet. I won't stay here again.

Good location and clean
My room 311 had a broken closet door that wouldn’t stay closed bec latch was broken, bathroom door didn’t lock, sink cracked, remote didn’t work good, tv old and mattress old.

Breakfast and location were good.
Windows broken out all across the front of the building. Filthy carpet in the room. No fridge or microwave in our room. Ask for clean towels on Saturday morning still hadn't received any by the time we checked out Sunday.

I like how friendly the staff was, and how quickly they tried to fix any issues
I felt I was lied to about the meeting room, it was dirty, had water damage, and the tiles was messy and leaking water

I liked how the room had two beds and a bathroom. The hotel offered breakfast and how it had a swimming pool. It was also really close to where we needed to go. Might stay here again I do not know yet

Good location. Coffee 24/7 in the lobby which is great. Nice breakfast. Comfy beds. Good, free WiFi.
Rooms really need a remodel. Furniture in pretty bad shape. Air conditioners loud in some rooms (we've stayed here a few times). My TV remote didn't work but I didn't have time to watch much anyway.

Upon arrival, our toilet was clogged. They brought us a plunger instead of sent someone to fix it. We finally asked for a new room. I called before we booked to make sure they had an indoor pool and that it was up and running. I was told yes. However, when I checked in, suddenly the pool is no longer operational. I was told 24 hours. Next day, nope. Each time I asked about the pool, I was given a different reason as to why it was closed.

Plenty of choices, well stocked, clean area.
The room my children stayed in they found a medical needle under the sheets when about to crawl into bed. When leaving I went through to check they packed all their things & found dirty (actually stiff) socks beside the bed by the door. NOT theirs. Seems like housekeeping is slacking....
BTW the front desk came to collect the needle, but no compensation was offered for either issue.

The breakfast was good-especially the egg omelet. Breakfast staff extremely courteous and helpful. Nice breakfast area--clean.

This location is very convenient to restaurants, shopping and Ft Sill. My family and I traveled for my brother-in-law's Army basic training graduation and this hotel was a great find for the location and price.
All rooms do not have a microwave and/or refrigerator as advertised. Only King Suites have those amenities. We were told that there were 10 other microwaves and/or refrigerators available on a first come first serve basis, but there were none available the nights we were there. This was very disappointing seeing that those are amenities that I look for when selecting where to stay.

Breakfast was pretty good.
We stayed at the hotel primarily because of the jacuzzi but upon arriving it was out of service. The computer room was also out of service. The hdmi on the tv didn’t work. The computer looked as if it was picked up by a trash can with the leather pieces hanging off or completely gone. The beds were terrible old and very uncomfortable and the sheets didnt stay on the bed and I had to remake the bed in the middle of the night. People running through the halls and slamming doors all night long. The a/c unit didn’t work properly.

Close to fort sill. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed.
Tub and sink didn’t drain. No microwave or refrigerator - staff said due to a remodel. Could hear loud music (maybe from nearby room?) from 4-6 am.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. Ice machine was broken.

It was outdated. Had a huge water stain on ceiling. Ice maker on 3rd floor not working. Tv in room was terrible. Neighbors down the hall had bed bugs in there room.

The Location was very convenient for visiting our daughter at Fort Sill.
My husband and I found bed bugs in our bed, we were staying in Room # 301. My husband now has bites all over his body from head to toes and experienced an allergic reaction.

Breakfast was great. Dining area was clean and inviting. Breakfast area was well organized. The man who attended the area was friendly and helpful.
Pillows had a bit of a funky smell like they weren’t really fresh. There was a sign that promised to provide small items that the guest might have forgotten. I asked for a toothbrush because I had forgotten mine. None were available.

needs updating!! ice machine broke on my floor. noticed water damage in my room on the ceiling and by the windows. gentleman at the counter was fabulous the early morning we got in.

I Almost Always use hampton properties,
Never have I experienced a room Without a Refrigerator or a Microwave.
Also I chose to Pay upon arrival at the property, and my Credit card was Charged Before check In. Also, the inside bed lamp was Inoperable. I Will-Not return to the property in Lawton Oklahoma!!!
