Clean facility and friendly staff.

The non-smoking atmosphere was fantastic!! The food was delicious. We ate dinner once and breakfast twice. The prices were very reasonable and the portions were large. The staff was so friendly. The slots treated me well. The location was quiet being away from the highway. The drive from Dallas was very pretty too.

You overcharge us by over 100 dollars

Rooms very nice nice. Plenty of room. We ate at the grill. Food very good, and reasonably priced. Ballroom was a nice size for a concert/show. Not a bad seat in the room.

Wish I’d won money at the casino 😉but still overall nice place, super clean. Everyone was kind. Felt very safe everywhere in the building.

The staff at front desk was a bit dramatic showing their frustrations with whatever daily tasks they were dealing with at hotel. But casino staff was great.

It was ok

There was no info in room about everything available within the casino. Did not know I could have room service, pool hours, local area info.... Pool was pretty crowded with rowdy kids. Spoke with the mom turned out to be an employee who allowed her kids to swim all day as she worked. The room was rather dusty and found out my daughter had made the reservation and paid extra for us to have a ground floor patio room next to the pool. We were given a room on top floor furthest from the elevators. Not enough towels were in room.

no room service no breakfast served anywhere in hotel or casino booked for two nights but wife was feeling really sick so we opted to only stay one night and checked out by 11:10am and they wouldn’t credit us the night we didn’t actually stay there.

I like the property because of the staff. always courteous and cheerful

the place where it’s at. could be a bigger influence if was more closer to the city.
