I liked everything about the facility…clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly. Room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Fresh fruits and coffee were available at the lobby throughout the day. The workout room was also nice.

The location was good. Breakfast was exceptional. Common areas nice. Staff was consistently good.

Rooms are dated and small. There are too many small rooms. It was hard to get comfortable. Furniture was stained. No daily room service was kind of disqppointing.

Very difficult to find it. I always approached it from a parking lot (Safeway). I never did learn where the entrance is from the street.

Breakfast was okay. Pretty much standard hotel fare. No complaints about the breakfast.

AC unit in our room was extremely loud. No exterior bathroom door made privacy difficult. Certainly not worth $300/night, although it's true that Boulder is an expensive place to stay.

we liked having 2 rooms

First, we had booked 3 weeks in advance a room with a kings size bed. When we arrived (or better they called us at the airport), we ended up in something between a twin and queen size bed. It also was a handicapped room. So one of us slept in the bed, the other one slept in a pull out sofa. They gave us a 20% discount, but still we would have preferred a king size bed. The sink in the bathroom had a dirty edge, the room had a very bad smell, and there was a big noise level coming from the hall way and above room. The breakfast which was so highly praised was mediocre: not a single slice of cheese, eggs came from a carton, no bacon, ham was rubber. We would not book this hotel again.
