The room had a beautiful view! And staff were able to check me in earlier which I appreciated. The location is excellent, you can walk everywhere from here 10-12 minutes.
I mentioned to the staff that there was trash left in my room, as well as a broken shampoo dispenser. Other than that the only inconvenience was that the bathtub drain-stop did not work, so I could only shower.

Very noisy renovation is underway. Especially disturbing when at breakfast in their temporary eating location.

Great location and we were lucky enough to have a lake view. Great location. You can walk anywhere downtown from this spot.
Small matters. Would be nice to have lounges in the pool area, not just chairs. Hotel stores are often overpriced but this was outta sight. Since food costs are so high, a $15 food voucher would be welcom.

Hidden fees that I’m disputing. Most hotel staff would state they were new to the site; friendly but not helpful. Gym and pool in an awkward location. You had to walk through an eating area to reach either spot. There is NO free WiFi or complimentary services, according to the front desk clerk that’s what the destination fee is for. Tried to speak with management for clarification and not helpful either. Would not recommend, there are much nicer, competent places in the area. I’m horribly disappointed with this experience and booking.com negligence in scouting the accuracy of hotels.

Les distributrices de boissons chaudes à volonté sur chaque étage sont très appréciées .
Le confort du lit, la vue sur le lac et l’insonorisation de l’emplacement de notre chambre sur le coin.
L’attente jusqu’à 17h15 pour avoir accès à notre chambre sans offrir un breuvage ou une collation. La réception pourrait suggérer d’aller profiter des distributrices de boissons chaudes gratuites.

La climatisation irrégulière.

Excellent room/view/location. Hallway coffee station was very nice.
Lacked full bar and restaurant was very limited. There was no notice upon booking that hotel was being renovated and lacked the above amenities.

The staff were super professional and courteous. The manager is excellent; and there is a positive vibe throughout the hotel, where the staff, including very young staff and interns, are treated with respect. The view from the hotel is stunning.
The building was under renovation, but it barely affected my stay. I could not hear any external noise from inside the room.

館内、工事中が多かった。ドタンバタン、時折うるさいと感じました。レストランもあると記載ありましたが、期待外れ、写真とは全く違った。残念。工事の車が、我が物顔でホテルのフロントエントランスに停めていて、とても目障りでした。パーキングが遠くて、松葉杖の息子を毎日、フロント前に迎えに行きましたが、自動ドアではないフロントドアは、障がい者には不親切。

TOUT le personnel avec qui nous avons interagit était professionnel, courtois et nous pouvions sincèrement ressentir leur désir de bien nous servir. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait et les chambres avec vue sur le lac et coucher de soleil sont un must!
L’offre limité du petit-déjeuner lorsque nous prenons la chambre avec le petit déjeuner inclus toutefois j’imagine que ce sera amélioré avec l’ouverture prochaine de leur nouveau restaurant.

First of all, they didn‘t receive our reservation through booking.com
Secondly, breakfast was very disappointing. Not really a breakfast, more just like a grocery store with a bunch of sandwiches, croissants, etc. Where you had to pay every single piece.
Lastly, restaurant basically just a couple chairs and tables thrown together in a room.

Debit sur ma carte majoré de 565,57 et 535,83 euros (majoration de 20%) avec annonce de restitution de la différence avec le prix booking 3 jours après mon départ. 3 semaines plus tard toujours rien = arnaque.

The pool and spacious hot tub were perfect. The bed and sofa couch were also very comfortable. The hotel was beautiful and modern. Everything was sparkling clean, would definitely come again!

Check-in, lack of direction signage (ran into to people like me who were lost wandering the building trying to find things). Surprise additional charges ($40.00 Resort fee for a one night stay! $15.00 to park!) that were never mentioned prior to check in. Noisy neighbors, tiny bathroom, inadequate lighting everywhere including the garage. Don't stay here!

Location
Our room was not available at check in time and we could not be given a time when it would be ready. There were many other families and groups waiting as well. We were told we would get a call when the room was ready but we did not get one. We had to meet family and friends for dinner without the opportunity to freshen up after 4 hours of travel. That being said, the staff at the front desk were courteous and kind.

The location
The value. We spent a lot of money for our room and there were numerous issues that were frustrating. I was able tl get some hilton points back but honestly wanted an entire night paid for. We had a leaking shower, dirty floors, the heat/ac didn't work

Very disappointed
The hotel was under construction and the property neglected to inform us that there was no full service restaurant or bar. The staff were completely unresponsive. The room was not cleaned until we made a complaint at 6:00pm. The safe didn’t work and the sheets were stained.

Could have had more warnings of construction prior to our stay. The lobby and front renovations really took away from the first impressions of the hotel. With spending $500/night, I expected things to be perfect.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Rooms were nice and big.
I wasn't aware of construction when booking this hotel. 473 bucks a night and it was nearly impossible to get into the hotel. It took my roughly 5 phone calls to get directions as there were no signs. Parking is made for smaller automobiles and we drive an F350 - I just wish I'd of known about the construction before booking because I would not have spend that much money for a hotel that was in shambles.

Location. Directly at the lake. Short walk to the waterfront and restaurants there as well as in Burlington. Seems to house a lot of small conventions and gatherings. Air conditioning and temperature was good.
Had to argue with the desk to get a better room as we were put in a room surrounding the elevators which was noisy. Was already calling close by alternatives in the 30 minutes I was standing around waiting. Paid $10 per night more for another room on third floor to the back. Dark but quite. Toilet seat was up with used tissue in it when we got in. Price was $500 (20%) higher already upon checking in than booking.com indicated with an extra incidental charge that I did not get back yet. Utterly overpriced for mid 80s ambiance.

Proximity to Burlington’s attractions was excellent.
We had breakfast at the hotel the first morning. The meal was subpar. Opted for off site locations for all our following meals. There were many great restaurants within walking distance.
