The property was big and easy to find

The room wasn’t clean, toothpaste was dripping down the bathroom sink. Someone left salt and napkins in the cupboard…the mirrors were smudged

Very disappointed to come back on Saturday to our keys not working all of our belongings in the room for the front desk to say we can’t find that you were even checked in. so had to go through management and then my card got locked from my bank from multiple charges. so then had to deal with that.

Comfortable stay, breakfast was great!

No towels available at the pool when we went. We had to go back to our rooms to retrieve some. When we came back, someone was refilling them.

heat/cooling system was not working properly. Gord was very responsive to the issue.

We got a king suite, and the room was super spacious and comfortable. We liked having a little kitchen and actually cooked dinner two of the nights. The free breakfast was definitely a plus.

Wish it was closer to the mountain, but there's nothing they coulda done about that...

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very poor water pressure. The water came out of the sink in a dribble. Almost impossible to use. It was that way in our sink and the public restroom sink off the main area. We did call and somebody came to look at it but it was never fixed.

There was a water flow interruption during the night, I think caused by nearby construction. Also, I was double-billed for my room.

Location was easy to locate, rooms clean, staff friendly & welcoming, nice products in room bathroom for use

Bed not comfortable, shower/water pressure not the best, The hallway smelled not wonderful breakfast was free but…. Not the best other then waffle bar but to packed to even use it

The bed was very comfortable; the AC was very cold.

The ice machine on our floor was not working and one elevator from parking in the back wasn't working.

There was quite a bit of peeling on the ceiling and wall, what appeared to be sheetrock damage. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Hotel was nice, room was nicely laid out, staff helpful and friendly.

dirty carpets. fingerprints all over microwave. broken tv. lady at reception was rude shakey beds could barely fit two people.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and willing to assist with our issues. The front desk was aware of the wifi issues, and took the time to show our teens a "workaround" to get their devices online.

Our room was very dated; stains on furniture, one bed missing bed linens, ripped draperies. The mattress on the pullout couch was unusable, so I ended up sleeping on cushions on the floor. No extra linens were provided. Some of the breakfast appliances were broken. Wifi was having serious difficulties.

We signed up thet we have 3 kids with us,and still got a room with 2 beds. 2 children slept on one bed and me and my husband tried to sleep with another kid on the other bed.We didn't sleep almost the entire night.

We paid a not cheap price and did not get full value for the price
