The room is spacious, with a table, sofa and additional two chairs. Bathroom is clean. The photos on the website are accurate.

The smell is not good though it is non-smoking. Had tried to open the door to get more circulation but the smell did not go away. Finally slept with my face mask the whole night. Besides, do not like the TV channels, only two.

Old bathroom but clean. Old furniture but everything was clean. Ok for the price, I would go back there. Stayed in only a night.

The room was not clean and it smelled like tobacco 🤮

The location near the St-Hubert airport is great.

The toilet did not flush properly, the A/C was incredibly dirty inside, the lady at the front desk gave me my room instructions in mandarin, the bed covers had cigarette holes in them, the bathroom walls had mold on them and to top it up, the room doors do not lock from inside the room... I checked the mirrors installed in front and behind the bed and the reflexion of my finger was directly against my finger (in my books, that indicates a see through mirror, but who am I to know...). I decided not to reside there as I was scared that if any issues happened, I would not be able to receive any sort of help from the staff ( as the reviews mentioned many and many times online).

This place is good value given that it's near Montreal, but it's only serviceable The room was ok, just rather dark The bathroom was a bit dingy - the mosaic floor had some bits missing & the sink surface was worn

- Staff was quite friendly, I let them know we would be checking in quite late (around 1am it ended up being) and the guy was waiting at the front desk for us. - Room was a great size for two people - Walls are thick concrete so you won't hear anyone in the rooms next door even if they're up very late - Wifi had good speed and the decently-sized TV worked just fine with the Chromecast we brought - Bed was surprisingly comfortable, definitely on the firmer side. Granted, I do prefer a firmer bed so take that as you will.

- Not entirely sure if the sheets were cleaned. They smelled fine, but I found more than a few hairs... - Comforter looked worn out, but was good enough. - The electrical sockets are somewhat concerning. Anything you plug in *barely* stays in, not a single plug with a grounding pin in the room (the 3-prong variety), and one extension cord supplies the microwave, fridge, TV, and whatever you plug in at the desk. Unlikely to exceed the 1500W a typical outlet is rated for, but judging by the age of the room it may not be rated for that much power...

I liked the warm water

They didn’t have great towers and customer service experience the room didn’t hAve bright light the sheets were very thin.

It was cheap and conveniently placed.

The room smells musty.

We asked the receptionist if he could lend us a brush and a toothpaste. He tried to sell them while in other places it is given free to guests those who stay over night. Very bad service.

Great wifi signal easy check in and out close to st.hubert Airport easy to find and good accessibility from major thoroughfare, clean but a little dated in process of upgrading decor
