Available food should have a la carte pricing...some may just want something quick or light on the run. Complimentary breakfast would have been better. Need instructions on using the room key card. Room needs paper and pen. Instructions on using the tv remote and navigating the tv.

Nice spacious rooms, staff are friendly, responsive and helpful, smooth check in and check out experience.

Some amenities that are usually included in other hotel packages are not, such as breakfast (extra charge) and wifi (password did not work, need to go to the lobby to get the access code)

It was very clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, staff was pretty good

The location was great - easy access to the interstate, dining, stores, etc. My room was super clean, and the shower had great water pressure. All of the equipment in the fitness room was working, which is a big plus for me.

There seemed to be a baby elephant in the room above mine that ran back and forth across the floor at all hours, including after 10 pm. I totally understand that small children don't realize they are pounding on the room beneath them, but families with small kiddos should be on the ground floor.

the breakfast notification. a bill is given to you for a breakfast that was included in your room rate. I was still in the room when my family text they were being charged for breakfast. I suggested other ways of handling that

The staff were the friendliest ever. Good breakfast. I traveled with my daughter and we felt safe at this hotel.

The pool was soooooo cold. Too cold to enjoy. Our room was always so humid. I'm assuming it was from the pool!!??!! We wanted to sit in the outside sitting area but there were no cushions in the chairs. And it had not been raining. On our last day, during the best dream ever, the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate.........at 8 in the morning.

The check in was pleasant, easy, and accurate. The room was near the pool. Loved the walk-in shower.

Would have liked to have grab bars in the shower.
