The staff was friendly. Location was good.

Bathroom needed stocked. Would have been nice to have sample shampoo, etc. Bed was uncomfortable and had stains, the sleeper sofa was old and looked like a cat scratched it up. I put a sheet on it and slept in my clothes and put a hoodie on so my hair wasn't touching the couch. I was asked to take my trash to the dumpster if I was there longer than a night. The room did not look like the ones online, and the grill and patio was always occupied by staff and people who live in the place and used it for an outside smoking area. We were in town for a concert, and too exhausted to complain, but we definitely would not stay at this location again.

The air was cold. Room was clean. Easy check-in

I called the office around 11:30 when we got done watching the fireworks and nobody answered. I called 4 more times waiting 20 min in between and nobody answered. When I checked in they charged me $1.00 for linen. The bed did not have a blanket on it. The couch bed did not have a sheet on it. There was no cups or any soap at all. There was people hanging out by the outside doors that made us feel a little uncomfortable. No cable at all

The refund

Bed bug feces on sheets and blood on sheets and pillows, visible dirt on furniture, drug residue on bedside stand, fowl cigarette odor very strongly throughout, hotel was dirty as well.

Really ain’t much I likes about it

The room wasn’t clean at all. The pillows were dusty. We had to go buy our own. The thermostat was falling out of the wall. The bathroom had black in the bottom of it & mold on the sides. The kitchen floor hadn’t been cleaned because my 1 year olds feet & knees turned black from walking & crawling in there. The fridge didn’t really keep anything cold. The pictures on your website made this place look extremely nice but it isn’t.

I stayed at the Suburban Extended Stay Hotel Blue Ash - Cincinnati (OH779) It was a very disappointing and upsetting experience. People loitering on the property, car repairs being done in the parking lot. A hotel guest checked in and immediately checked out, stating that she did not feel safe. Another guest was checking in only to find out that her reservation had been cancelled due to no running water and no one called her to let her know. The clerk said that they sent her an email. No attempt was made to assist the woman in finding another Choice Hotel in the vicinity. Our first floor room was missing the stove, had a foul oder and a broken window lock that did not get repaired as promised by the hotel clerk. My companion placed his insulin in the refrigerator only to find that the refrigerator was not cooling although it had the proper settings. Both the refrigerator and freezer remained at room temperature. This hotel has some serious issues that need to be addressed. Poor customer service. unsafe premises and basic accommodations are lacking. This Choice Hotel was a very bad choice.

Comfy bed

I didn’t get the right room number first time, I had to go back down to the desk to ask again. Coming into the room someone left two items behind on the lamps. The curtain was ripped with a burn hole and the screen was ripped too. Fridge was broken and also freezer, made noise. Phone didn’t have a cord attached to call out! No kitchenware, silverware, soap or paper towels. Just a bathroom trash. Pillows had bad smell.

The only thing that was good was the front desk attendant she was nice and polit.

Everything was bad except the front end attendant. Everything was dirty from the hallways to the room. The bathroom looked like It was falling apart. The kitchen had 2 plates and 2 cups other than that nothing to cook with not even a butter knife was provided. Bed sheets and pillowcases were dirty. The housekeeping was to the minimum maybe a quick wipe down and made up bed juts to make it look like something. The pictures are very deceiving for this place I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The studio style setting.was relatively quiet. Plenty of channels to watch on the cable. Located near a few restaurants.

Room was not ready until one hour after trying to check in. The couch looked like a dog had chewed on the arm. Used a towel when sat on it. Has the kitchen set up but no pots or pans or dishes. No soap oand over little toilet paper. Turned light on at night and saw a cockroach in kitchen. Was disturbed by employee one hour before checkout😡
