The service attitude is poor. I asked to call the manager, but the manager was clearly inside. The front desk staff said the manager was not there. Then l asked a few more times and the manager came out. I was speechless.

They clearly didn't have a room with three beds, but when I booked, they showed on the computer that there were three beds. When I arrived, they told me that there were no rooms. They deceived customers and the experience was very bad.

There was roaches in my room

The staff (joanna) was very rude and disrespectful not only to me but my daughters. and the room wasn't clean, and smells rotten. The toilet was clogged before we got there. The carpet was sticky, the sheets were dirty and had blood stains. Joanna disregard our problems, she scream and threw a plunger in front of me and said fix it yourself. Multiple people came down to complain while we were there as well. The picture below is a screen shot of the video we took when joanna brought out the plunger.

The size of the room was comfortable to relax in We liked that there was a refrig and a microwave in the room Bed was comfortable Good location- close to the highway

Cost - should have a lower cost for seniors Room was a bit warm temp wise Bathroom shower door had mold all along the bottom glass sliding door- needs to be cleaned

The employees were nice

The room smelled like mildew and the hallways We will not stay here again

The breakfast wasn't very appetizing.

There were many parts of the facility under construction but the staff tried to do the best they could with the situation.

Only one elevator was working, pool was down

The room was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

However the shower in the bathroom was very mildewed and the shower hard did not work. Also the face in the bathroom continuously ran and the toilet ran all night. In my opinion the price for 1 night wasn’t worth it
