Price felt a bit high however I have not previously stayed in this area therefore have nothing to compare the pricing against.

The staff was so kind, helpful, and genuine...Specifically, David and Jedalyn. The valet staff was also great.

I loved the location and the privacy of the elevators, I felt safe here.

The beds were comfortable but not enough pillows. The room was clean but had an extreme chemical smell and presence that made me cough and gave my daughter and I sore throats. When we left the room it went away only to come back in the room. The staff was great.

The chemical presence in the room was quite overpowering. I didn’t cough at all once I left the room. When I came back the coughing started again. The room was clean except someone else’s soap had been left in the shower.

very loud music outside our room until the early morning hours. call front desk and they were aware of it however not sure if they notified police and they should have because of the city noise ordinance.

It was a nice room and close the thr LCA where we went to see a game. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had questions. The room was very nice and comfortable.

It shows online that there is a pool and hot tub (if you Google it it still shows up) and we were disappointed that it was untrue. (Apparently not since 2011) and I didn't like that we had the unexpected cost of $45 for overnight parking with no apparent other options offered. We also had breakfast included and they didn't give us the vouchers upon checking in so when we got to breakfast it was awkward when we were told it would be $16.75 per person for the buffet but the front desk immediately gave us the vouchers when we asked so that was solved swiftly.

no restaurant as advertised. room wasn’t ready at 6pm when our check in was supposed to be at 3pm. only 2 towels in room.

It was very clean and the staff were incredibly nice!

The hotel was extremely clean. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and pillows. We had everything we needed.
