The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and convenient. I loved the Western decor and atmosphere.

My mattress was saggy and uncomfortable; I could feel the springs. It kept me from getting a good night’s sleep. My bill was $375.00 for two nights. This amount seems excessive to me, because my bed was uncomfortable. You should take the excessive bill and purchase decent beds! In addition, purchase some edible sausage for the breakfast buffet, rather than trying to cut costs with inferior food!

Our room was located near a busy street so we heard a lot of noise.

Good location and clean. Close to the university and nearby chain restaurants. The rooms are large enough the breakfast is included which makes it very convenient.

The breakfast was so so… it used to be great but the sausage is kind of terrible.. .not real breakfast sausage and they have no clue how to cook eggs. The beds need to be changed. We could feel the springs in the mattresses. We have been staying in this Hampton for at least a decade whenever we are in Flagstaff. It used to be fantastic. But now I would say it is just okay. The parking space issues need to be addressed.

Clerk could not find my reservation that I made thru booking.com which was prepaid, so I had to make a new reservation and get charged for the room twice.

The room was really comfortable and the staff was very friendly and made me feel wanted.

The view was sad, it was of a busy road and that was all we could see.
