The location was fabulous for our needs- right near the Ira Needles corridor.

Initially when I booked we didn’t understand the number of units that shared the common areas- being only two, we were concerned that we could potentially be in this house with a lot of other people and no one to act as host on site which would be a true ‘guest house’. It would be a great spot for a very large connected group- not so great for a couple. We ended up on our own but there was no guarantee of that so we were a little on edge about the secure nature of that. The carpets and paint are getting a little tired. Everything else functioned well and staff was helpful.

Communication. I was never able to connect directly to get the PIN and address - so I had to make other last-minute arrangements to stay elsewhere

The space is gorgeous! Awesome kitchen and a very comfy sofa. The location is perfect and the autonomy was great! It was beautiful and clean and we had a great time there.

During the week there were hammer and drill sounds all afternoon because the unit below was passing through a renovation. Sometimes it was too loud.

The other couple staying there. And the one cleaning staff - Rachel she is the only one that understood English and did a good job. The other cleaner staff should be FIRED. Location is the only positive.

The place was filthy, the dry vent is a fire hazard, there is minimal kitchen utensils and the frig, stove and cupboard area you were assigned were disgusting, the bed was uncomfortable, I was stabbed in the foot by someone's TOE NAIL left in the carpet in my room. I return back one evening to find a truck parked dead center of a shared driveway, upon entering the property I trip over someone shoes left at the entrance, to then find 2 intoxicated young men in the living room, couch pillow thrown on the floor and they were lying listing to the TV. The one man spent the night throwing up in the common bathroom on the second floor. The sound of him was very disturbing to all guests.

Breakfast not included. Room was quite spacious. Facilities, amenities were good
