Amazing !!!! Everyone , good staff very clean

The breakfast

Close proximity to everything. Everything was clean.

First room we went into was too hot and sofa bed was broken. All hallways had airflow machines running cool air.

The hostess (Kiara maybe?) was awesome! She got the room ready faster than anticipated so my daughter could have a long nap after our rough morning. She was very helpful!

The people above us were running around till 1am. After trying to sleep for an hour, we contacted the front desk and even though they stated they’d help, the noise continued. I’m only grateful they didn’t wake my daughter. My wife and I got no sleep.

We love the room design and the fact that we have a table we can eat at, as well as a more home-style kitchen. Great for long stays where you want more of a homey feel in your hotel. Employee's are always kind, food is good, and overall it's always a great experience.

We've stayed here several times, and each room has lamps that have a couple of extra plugs for like alarms or charging ports or CPAPs, whatever you need to charge. In every single room we've been in, none of these ports had any grip on the electrical prongs, and as a result, wouldn't actually charge anything or provide power to what was plugged in. If you could get it to work, a single nudge would stop it again. I wish when they had done the refurbishment they had replaced all those damn lamps. it's a very small complaint, but it's annoying, and it seems to be true in every room.

the property was conveniently located to shopping, major highway and food. staff was friendly as well.

the hotel was so dated. the room wasn’t super clean, the tub didn’t drain properly and i had a spider on my pillow. we were only staying for a few days so we just went with it but I wouldn’t stay here again. also, the fourth floor hallway was always so hot. we tried to use a door facing the back of the building to enter through the building and we couldn’t access it during our stay. we had to walk to another door to enter, which made hauling luggage, etc a pain.

The size of rooms

Fridge was unlevel so it rocked when you tried to open it. My car was broken into in parking lot, no security cameras.
