The hotel was close to university

The hotel was under renovations and noisy and also the pool was closed.

lobby was nicely decored and rooms were confirtanle

breakfast was kind of late, rest was closed and front had debrie due to construction

no pool 😞

They were jackhammering the pool at 7 or 8 in the morning, right outside our window.

Location

Cleaner entry way, too much construction debris. Ceiling in room 206 needs to be painted. Too many water stains.

Facility is currently under remodel. Equipment and materials outside clutter the parking lot and work is going on even during the weekend.

extra bottles of water and other nominal services like change of towels and all were restricted

the room was spotless. comfortable bed, spacious room.

the pillows

this property didn’t have cable nor a microwave in the room, you would have to walk n the lobby to warm your food up..they have a Starbucks in the hotel as well but it was close for whatever reason..

Just the location

We rent a king size with sofa bed and they said didn't any, only queens so they give us 2 queens. Than I asked for highest level they gave us 2nd floor. When we got to our room I called the receptionist to confirm check out was at noon just like booking.com had it when I booked and she said yes. At 1050am the housekeeping with an attitude told us that check out was at 11 and we need it to leave or paid for late check out. We got ready fast (we have 1 baby and 2 toddlers) and went to do a check out, i explain the person in charge there how we were told check out was at noon and (with a horrible attitude) she said they changed 2 weeks ago and they informed us wrong. We had a horrible experience there.
