I wished they had biscuits and gravy 😁, they didn't, everything else was stocked full and hot.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Most of the staff were nice.
The spa tub did not work. When I notified the front desk clerk upon leaving, they did not offer to reduce my bill to the regular room rate. I believe that it would have been fair to do so. The clerk stated that she couldn't refund me because I had booked through a third party website. Also one cannot access the internet without joining HiltonHonors. The overwhelming majority of hotels offer free wifi no strings attached. I will not be returning.

Our incredibly squeaky bed. It was obnoxious. Hotel lobby was incredibly hot and humid.

The room was decent.
Under big time construction at lobby and entrance and the way there was no discount for that and when I tried to stay next night for same price was told No, price went up for Saturday and they could have cared less losing my business for that night.

not enough coffee/tea in the room. I did go downstairs for more but it would’ve been nice to already have it there.

The bed was also comfy,not to mention the pool was very relaxing. Thanks to the chef breakfast and coffee was excellent.

It was in a very good location. not a bunch of traffic noise.
Out toilet didn’t flush that well ( had to hold the handle down to flush), our TV froze up a lot.

$75 a night for our dog is ridiculous. When the advertising says pet friendly it should not end up costing an extreme amount.

Didn't care for the pet fee that I was Not made aware of until after booking and when we checked in the Pet fee of $75 was explained, Had I of known this I wouldn't have stayed here
